Wow I absolutely loved it. Booked here as attending a wedding in Seaham. We got the warmest welcome from Lynn. The room had 2 single beds ample wardrobe space and free WiFi. Just down from our room was our own kitchen and bathroom. Beds were really really comfortable. A great selection of tea coffee and sugar in the room (biscuits and little tub of pringles) A well equipped kitchen and beautiful bath room with glass roof. Very close to the beach, shops and Wetherspoons. Next time we come up we will 100% rebook here. People of Seaham are lovely too. The lady a few doors up even offered us a lift to the wedding venue x

My oldest daughter and I were having a girls vacation. Sea glass collecting was on our list. This B & B popped up on Booking.com and what a delightful find! Easy parking, close to the beach and restaurants. The beds were the comfiest on our entire trip!! Down comforters, squishy pillow-toppers....ahhhhhh, snuggly sleep. Kitchenette and bathroom were down the hall, which we had both areas all to ourselves. I sure wish we had booked a longer stay, but had a lot of places to visit on our to-do list! Lynn, the owner, was terrific!! She gave us pointers on which beach to head to and was very warm and welcoming. We’ll be back!

We stayed over the night before the Great North Run. We had the attic room (1 double, 1 single bed) which had an en-suite shower room. Wifi was good, the room was clean, the bed was really comfy, we were provided with bottles of water, tea, coffee, crisps and milk. We would definitely have a short stay here again!
