We stayed for one night in the apartment and found it very clean, in a good state of decoration and convenient for the harbour etc. We were able to park outside and the entry system was very straightforward and well explained. There was a supply of milk, tea, coffee and sugar and a cafetiere as well as washing up liquid. Plenty of clean towels and toilet rolls. Very happy and would stay again.

Stayed here last week and it was brilliant - super communication with Dave and easeful entry to the property and room. Parking straight outside too. The room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Excellent shower too. The bed and linens wonderfully comfortable. Will absolutely stay again and can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you (for also sending my wallet back I left!)

2nd time here and already booked our 3rd visit. Rooms so clean an stylish, decent sized cups for a brew. Although not staffed the ladies who come in the morning to do housekeeping are just brilliant and friendly. Infact everyone we met is like a friend. Fabulous place, just fabulous.

I recently stayed here with my daughter as part of a surprise for her 21st birthday. It was fantastic! The owners went above and beyond to help make our stay a special one. The hotel is very clean and we felt relaxed and safe. We had spotted Number 16 on TV on “4 in a bed” and for us they should have been clear winners! We collected sea glass on the beach and enjoyed lovely food around the corner at “Clean Beans” with 10 % off as Number 16 residents. Thank you for a wonderful stay....we will be back!

I booked No.16 last minute for a 3 night stay to see family and it did not disappoint. Although the guesthouse is unmanned everything was efficient. The check in process was quick, done by text with a coded key box and fully secure. The location of the property is superb (literally less than a minute from the sea front), the room we stayed in was massive and I was able to put up a travel cot and still have lots of space to move around. We had complimentary bottles of water and biscuits on arrival too. Definitely one to recommend and will be back in the future.
