Not your average Premier Inn! The building is very quirky, with small corridors and characterful rooms; the pub attached next door is very good too and the location is outstanding. However the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional. Jason on the front desk was warm, kind and extremely helpful with regards to a good walk and advice on...

We stayed here for a 45th wedding anniversary but unfortunately we couldn't sleep as the bed was so hard. The bath was very small and a bulk head came out over one end is a problem, if like me, you are tall as it is easy to bang your head. We didn't bother and set off home early. A shame...

My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn for 1 night as we were visiting Marlow for the purpose of an anniversary a la Carte lunch at the hand and flowers. We got to the premier Inn at around 11am and were permitted to get changed for lunch and leave our luggage with reception whilst we were out at...

I didn't catch his name but the duty manager on the afternoon of sat 8th Oct spoke to the restaurant manager who allowed me to park my motorcycle in their secure courtyard for the night. This was very welcome as the hotel doesn't have parking. It's so nice to find someone who takes the time to look after customers and...

This was a great little find in the lovely village of Marlow. First person I saw was Ricky Gervais walking down the street! The hotel staff are very friendly and efficient particularly Jason who is a top notch bloke - very helpful and informative. Beds are comfy and promote a good nights sleep.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a function in Marlow on the Saturday evening. We have stayed at other Premier Inns in the UK and we are always very happy with the chain. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The first evening we arrived, we were fortunate to park up right outside and we decided to leave the...

Great, friendly service and genuine kindness from the manager that went far beyond the norm. A clean, spacious room and ALL the staff from housekeeping to reception helped our family have a memorable time in Marlow. The hotel is ideally situated and being above the George and Dragon meant food and good cheer were ready at hand. Best wishes from...

drove straight past this hotel as expected it to be a typical high rise hotel. Its an old property on 3 floors, very quaint. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculately clean. The bar attached was a good size and we were lucky enough to be there on a sunny day so used the...

As I'm sure we were not alone in seeking accommodation when we had a booking at the Hand and Flowers. A lot of the other hotels seemed very expensive and not as conveniently located. This was perfect for us. Cheap. No frills but very comfortable and very clean. Superbly located close to the town centre.

Thank Jack F
