The hotel is ideally located and walking distance (300 meters) from the entrance to the beach. By car you can get anywhere as well, for Punta Paloma I would recommend drive further (less than 5 minutes) and get to the parking. The hotel is perfect in any way, feels private but open and the rooms (we book a Superior room with king bed) are well maintained. Housekeeping is impeccable! The Food & Drink offers with the pool bar are good and the Arabian inspired menu for dinner is delicious, breakfast is very good. I would like to extend a thank you for the excellent service to Cristian, Álvaro & Marilú. We will be back!

Stayed for 3 nights and very peaceful. The outside and grounds are beautiful places to chill and relax. Lovey pool overlooked by bar and restaurant. Beware though it’s lush and green and lots of mosquitoes to eat you. Menu limited but adequate. Rooms basic and rather dark, bed very hard but great shower. Choose upstairs room as ground floor bit noisy. Avoid room 5 as cleaning staff room there and bit loud. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but ok. Lovely place would return.

+great garden +friendly staff +nice pool +3min walk to the beach +not too big +parking +we paid a fair price (67€ per night) -the rooms aren't great at all --can't really open the window --dark and need refurbishment --lamps need repair -- quite small -- bit smelly -noisy because of the busy road -breakfast could be a lot better

Love this place - it's my second visit to Tarifa and second time I've booked into Tres Mares. The staff here are absolutely lovely, I was greeted warmly by Marisa who was very friendly and helped me source a local yoga class. The rooms are comfortable. I love the peaceful garden and pool area, despite that there is traffic due to the busy road, it still feels relaxed and chilled. The proximity to the beach is perfect. I will be back! :)

If your thinking of getting married here DO!! it was the wedding of my dreams thanks to Mirelle and the staff, we had 80 people all Come over from England and we're wowed. I had a wedding planner Vicky Hugh's (can't recommend her enough too) as my Spanish Is poor and her contacts are incredible (dj, florist, bouncy castle, vicar/humanist, photographer, videographer) The value for money is incredible anything I wanted mirelle made it possible! Specialised a menu for us, gave us amazing tent company's, even to the bar catered to our needs. The hotel itself is a great place to chill out even though it's on a busy road you'd never know, pool area great and beach just a walk away. Staff are so helpful and friendly not only for the wedding but for the 3 days everyone was there- all the guests complimented how attentive they all were. Rooms are clean and tidy fairly small but it didn't matter. Highly recommend!!!
