About 15 mins walk away. It is an area of open ground (not tarmacked) that is quite rough and uneven. Also very dusty so be prepared to give your car a good hosing down even after one day's parking.

I i wonder if the fan in the room is working ok during the hot summer? Have not read any complaints about it yet..
little worried that i am going to melt away in the heat with just one fan in the ceiling.
