My wife and I stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago and I can't praise it enough. After the first night, I asked for a room upgrade with a sea view balcony and, for a nominal daily charge (25-35 Euros), our request was fulfilled...More
We have just spent one week as two mature couples in this hotel, (built on the Balcon de Europa as its name suggests), King Alfonso Xll of Spain allegedly gave the balcon its name and his statue looks out over the Mediterranean sea opposite the...More

I can only think that when you book inform them of the needs required for wheel chair accessibility........ The room we stayed in when we was there would have been OK as it was just off reception in the corridor, no stairs to go up & down & no access by lift required, however we did not have a sea view or any view to be honest........ & it would have been a little claustrophobic if we had planned to spend more time in it. Our bathroom did had a shower but no bath it may well have been the smallest room, "a converted linen room we called it" but it was great for us as we was out all day & it did not effect our total enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately I cant remember the room number. Hope this helps you.
