Small and super efficient. Would not hesitate to return, very central, close to local beaches, shipping areas and good access for transport to other areas of interest. All staff we came across were very helpful and friendly.
We booked a Deluxe King room, since we were only staying one night, and nothing else in Fuengirola looked to have standards. Negatives: - The room we got was nothing like the pictures, it was small, melancoly dark, dated. For the price and pictures, I expected more. - The room was situated on the 1st floor just towards the inner courtyard, so noise from the reception etc was well heard in the room. - From the list of "room facilities", there was no balcony, and no kettle. The heating was controlled from the reception. - At breakfast there was only one person serving, so service was slow, they were out of coffee, then out of water, and difficult to re-order as he was so buzy. The food came out wrong but was ok in the end Positives: - The receptionist was nice and helpful - The view was nice over the little square - The positioning of the hotel overall was great, right in the middle of city centre - very convenient for walking around. - The hotel from the outside looks alot prettier than most houses in the area. - Wifi worked well - Beds were comfy - There was a safety box in the room Since this was a 4 star hotel and during winter/low season, I'd expect a bit more quality, but all in all ok for one nights stay.…
Lovely hotel set right in the centre of Fuengirola. The room was really nice, comfy bed, quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food both at breakfast and in the evening was very good. Will definitely book again for a longer stay next time.
Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The hotel room was modern, spacious and neat with a small balcony! There’s also a little mini refrigerator, which is always a plus when there’s 30 degrees outside and you’re constantly buying water bottles 💦 Would recommend this hotel for sure! 🤍
We spent a night at this hotel! The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was great for our one night stay and it’s Smack bang in the centre of Fuengirola. The bed and bathroom facilities were good and we had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast is good and served late during weekends so you don’t have to rush. The only thing I would request next time is not to be given a room overlooking a rubble yard. Other than that, we were happy with everything else. We definitely will stay again.
This is a lovley place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient for public transport and sea front. Modern well equipped rooms with a faultless central location. Lovely terrace at front for watching the world go by. Rooms have quite aircon, and are well soundproofed for a city centre hotel. Good access security too. Small but pleasant pool area. One for adults rather than kids.
We stayed from 15th to 22nd June. The Hotel is really beautiful. Lovely reception area, bar and terrace. Our bedroom was a good size with a beautiful bathroom and good amenities including bathrobe, slippers, tea and coffee facilities and a stocked mini fridge. Our room was freshly cleaned to a very high standard every day. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and the scrambled eggs were lovely. Drinks are available in the bar and on the terrace and are not expensive. The pool area is very pretty and food and drinks can be served there too. Lastly but certainly not least the staff are all amazing, very friendly, very helpful and all very happy. Definitely a hotel we will be returning to.
Just left after our evening meal. We often come here for a drink as we like the area & service. But this evening thought we’d eat here with a nice bottle of vino blanco. It was very quiet so maybe we should have been alerted by the lack of customers. My husband had the salmon (very nice) and I ordered the prawn risotto with crunchy vegetables. Only problem was there were NO crunchy vegetables. The waiter just shrugged when I mentioned it? Considering the price I’m disappointed. So, maybe will go back for a drink, but not to eat!
We stayed with our 2 young children for 1 night and we had adjoining rooms. Beautiful airy rooms with modern fittings and Rituals cosmetics. The hotel has a wonderful central atrium which is very pleasant. A lovely, tranquil space away from the bustle and heat. We will return.
Poor service in restaurant, dishes unavailable, wifi intermittent or non functioning. Unacceptable for this business booking for my clients and at upper level prices. Location perfect but difficult car access for unloading. Street side can be traffic noise.
