This hotel is in the perfect location. Right on the beach in Fuengirola. You couldn't get any closer, amazing! The hotel was everything you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was good although there are so many restaurants in the area to choose from we did tend to eat out most nights. The rooftop pool was lovely with a bar and snacks on hand but with the usual problem of reserved sunbeds. (Not the Germans I hasten to say) We usually found one though. The hotel had quite a few different bar venues. The main bar had entertainment every single night, we were quite surprised by the quality of it too. They had a lovely staff of youngsters organising activities around the pool and on the beach. The three of them sang in the evening shows too. I must mention the resident duo 23 DEGREES. They were outstanding and were able to play anything. All the entertainment was of a very high quality in my opinion. All the bars had a happy hour which seemed like happy HOURS. A short walk away was the train station where you could hop on a train to the Plaza outlet stores or into Malaga in a few minutes. I'd have to say this was one of our favourite holidays in recent years. We will be back.

Well what a great stay we have just had at this hotel, the food , the staff , the rooms, the view, the location all excellent 👌 they go above and beyond. Getting a sunbed had the usual problems but we opted for the beach anyway as it was truely pretty and the service was excellent down there plus a fresh seafood menu and a happy hour what more do you need ! Would highly recommend...

We had a wonderful time at the Yaramar. A lovely hotel right on the sea front in Fuengirola. The staf were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained although a little dated I thought. That aside the hotel was very enjoyable and we spent a lot of time there making the most of the happy hours and superb entertainment. A special mention for "23 DEGREES DUO", they were fabulouse. Killian, Beth and Merellin kept us entertained throughout the day and also performed shows in the evenings. Outside of the hotel which is right on the beach, are bars and restaurants you can explore with tastes to suit everyone. Lots of sun, lots of entertainment and lots of joy. We had a superb week at the Yaramar A star!

Booked a 10 day stay with my daughter and friends, we emailed the hotel in advance requesting if we could have rooms close by each other and the hotel responded within 24 hours advising they would try their best, we had rooms next to each other!! From arriving at the hotel we were met by super friendly reception staff and the check-in was quick and easy. We hired a fridge for 14 euros for our stay. We stayed half board and the food did not disappoint, the breakfasts and evening meals were freshly cooked, beautifully presented and a wonderful assortment. The service from staff in the restaurant, snack bar and event room were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily with a beautiful sea view, the pool area was clean and with a great view, although it was a slight nightmare trying to get a sunbed, so we preferred instead to use the sun loungers on the beach next to the hotel, with a guest discount which was only 3 euros per day, the beach was clean and Riveira bar sold beautiful paella and happy hour. I would highly recommend this hotel and it's location for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Hotel Yaramar x

Currently here at Hotel Yaramar and overall, we’re having a lovely time. The food is outstanding and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are generally happy and helpful as long as you are spending money. We’re having such a good time but one of my biggest gripes is the price of drinks. 2 vodka coke and 1 small bottle of water €27! Pool bar prices have increased twice in 5 weeks (€4.5 for a coke) according to the reps and so guests are doing the sensible thing and buying drinks from the supermarket outside - but you have to pay €10 for the fridge and you will be refused ice! Even offered to pay for ice and told “No it’s isn’t possible - the manager has a new policy”. If the bar were to reduce their prices, they’d be heaving and make more money. Such a shame because the staff are generally lovely - just let down by outrageous prices and stupid policies about ice! Overall, great location and great holiday. Shame about the ice!

My husband and I booked our holiday at the Hotel Yaramar through TUI, it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, it is not. The hotel is very tired and there is very little sign of maintenance, for example, if you look up at the air conditioning units in the dining room you can see the dirt and dust. There is no air conditioning in the communal areas and it was also hit and miss in the dining room. FOOD Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. ROOM One of the mattresses in room 614 slopped to one side. You could not control the air conditioner is was either freezing or had to be turned off. There was a fridge in the room which you have to pay to use. We were on the 6th floor and from our room we could clearly hear the music from both poolside and the lounge. The water pressure in the shower was good. POOL Not enough sun loungers for the size of the hotel and people were allow to leave towels on the sun loungers for extended periods without usage, for example, 9 am until 2.30 pm, this was while other guests were waiting to use loungers. RECEPTION If you want to extend your room usage (for an additional charge) due to a late flight, expect reception to give you a variety of responses depending on who you speak to. I was told to ask three days before leaving, then 2 days, then 1 day (by a very rude member of reception), then after 5 pm on the last day, gave up and used the gym for a shower before leaving. RECOMMENDATION We will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it.

Once again Hotel Yaramar you did not disappoint. Check in was very quick and our cases were taken to our room without us asking which was a nice touch. Asked for a high floor and we were given rooms on Floor 15 with views of the pool and sea which were fantastic. Rooms clean and tidy with a large walk in shower. Also new TV's this year. The dining room has been refurbished and it's very nice. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I must say I really don't know what some people eat at home! Breakfast plenty of choice and very good, new toasters and coffee machines this year which were great. At the evening meal we were spoiled for choice and all the meat was excellent quality and the sweets were delicious. Always managed to get a sun bed just after 9am and we didn't queue. The TUI entertainment reps were super they provided plenty to do around the pool from water aerobics, quizzes etc. The Abba & Stage Door nights were excellent. We used the Yarabar at night as it's happy hour until 9pm. It was nice to see so many familiar faces of staff in all areas of the hotel. This hotel is in such a great location with plenty of shops and bars right on the door step. Thank you once again.

Just returned home from Yaramar , lovely time was had, location perfect, straight across from the lovely beach , Yaramar guests 6 euro for 2 sun beds and umbrella 👍,, this was definitely a bonus as not enough beds at pool area , which to be honest the pool looked to need a good clean , quite a bit of scum around the tiles and one of the hand rails quite loose . Guests queuing from 8.15 on a morning to get a sunbed at 9am when pool area opened ,, feel sorry for people on 1st floor as people were queuing right outside their door ,, not good .. Food was fine , there was always something,, downstairs bar for happy hour spot on -7-9pm ,, all branded drinks ,All in all a good hotel but just maybe needs a bit of re-vamping and TLC ,, would return on a good deal …

A wonderful hotel. Rooms and communal areas very clean. The food is great and a large selection. The staff in the dining room are brilliant especially Carmen who is so friendly and has a wonderful sense of humour. Conchi makes the best eggs and omelette on request. Reception were very very helpful on check in and check out and were always happy to assist us in any way. Chelo et al at the pool bar were such fun and worked really hard satisfying all the thirsty customers. The TUI entertainment team were amazing...Killian, Beth and Merilin made our week so enjoyable with their fun activities and shows. Thank you EVERYONE for a wonderful holiday.
