I was here with my wife and son after staying in the hills at a friends villa. We had a great panoramic suite on the fifth floor which suited us as with a 16 year old son he needed his own space. Room was fantastic. The hotel is absolutely superb, with great amenities, the pool areas were superb and dining was great. A few negatives:- The infinity pool on the roof was a crazy price and should be better used. We were lucky enough to get up there twice and it was a great place but not worth £150 for the privilege. The beach club pool area is restricted to 18 year olds which is crazy, I understand the reasoning but my 16 year old son is not going to be screaming and dive bomhing! It is on a very steep hill, so if you just want to go for a leisurely walk it is difficult from the hotel door (we were there in 35 degree heat the whole time). Anyway onto the positives:- Room was superb with stunning views and lots of space. The staff are superb, Samantha in guest services is a star and would make me return to the hotel, be it with mates for golf or family. The food was excellent and we ate in all of the restaurants except the Michelin star one. We found the sports bar great for lunches. The pool beside the Med restaurant is fantastic. I used the gym a few times, which is second to none in any hotel I have ever stayed. The Japenese restaurant was the highlight of our holiday eating wise. Staff superb especially Marco who just ordered for us. The shuttle bus was good but if it went on into evening would be better. All in all a great place to stay and thanks Hilton for the experience, we will be back.…
Prior to the pandemic, I spent about 60% of my time traveling for work and leisure staying at Hilton property worldwide and I would say this is one of the best I have to. The staffs are friendly and helpful, responding to my email prior to my stay in promptly manner. They also provide a free upgrade to premium sea view suite as diamond member. The property is quite huge and they spend time explaining the facilities they have and make sure you can fully enjoy that. The suite is spacious and the view is millions dollars view, even you don’t get free upgrade, getting a sea view room is recommended, that’s why you come to Malaga, right? The king size bed is larger than normal king size and is so comfortable, give you definitely a good night sleep. There is a bathtub, shower and toilet, all separated which i appreciate. However there is no bath towel hanger near the shower which is inconvenience, have to walk in wet to toilet to get towel. The cleanliness is top notch, maintenance did a great job in this. There are 3 pools at the property, infinity pool is a must visit, however note that it’s adults only. If you have kids, MED pool is equally good. MED restaurant provides snack, drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner next to MED pool, not much variety but the food is very good. There is hourly free shuttle service in front of the hotel to supermarket, train station and beach club. I highly recommend you book a sunbed at the club before going, it sold out very fast. There are shops and restaurants around the beach club if you want to explore the area. I didn’t drive there but there is Uber, getting it is a breeze just like at home. The only minus I have for the hotel is WiFi, it’s slow and unstable. You probably will be frustrated if you need it for work, it is so bad that I use my own WiFi router. But why do you online here, shouldn’t be you enjoy the property or the beach? I can’t wait to be back.…
Amazing location, very friendly staff and beautiful room. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool very much. All facilities are very clean and modern. Free indoor parking is a plus. Only 17 min from Malaga Airport.
Just back from a wonderful week and to say I loved it is an understatement. The staff are a huge asset to this hotel. When we arrived a wonderful guy took our luggage and gave us a glass of Cava what a welcome! Our room wasn’t ready but we were very early so had lunch in the med restaurant our waiter was a gent and I must recommend the club sandwich. When we finished our room was ready and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. Twin sinks, separate shower and toilet. Couch and huge smart tv and bed. The balcony had a sea view but was shaded suited this Irish girl. The furniture on the balcony was plastic but nice, one of the seats was cracked room 1715 but not bad enough to complain probably should have said to be fair to the hotel. Room was serviced every day perfectly and water refreshed. Definitely will be returning. Thank you for a great holiday I so needed it.…
The hotel was maliciously clean. My wife and I went to celebrate our belated honeymoon on our anniversary date. From the start to finish, this hotel ticked almost every box. Reception really made us feel welcome and special, especially recognising our Hilton Honors membership tier. Special mention to Nataljia and Diago for their super warm happy welcome. Rooms - very spacious, spotless and air con spot on. We did have to move to another room as we had a leak which we were not aware off, however we were upgraded for our inconvenience which met our expectations. 😊 The Med pool was our ‘GoTo’ area. The pool and pool area was meticulously cleaned daily. Sun beds like King size beds. Special mention to Macarena at the Med pool area for looking after us almost daily. I have also never been to a hotel with such an amazing gym/spa complex, you have to see it to believe it. Awesome. This hotel will not be for everyone as it is on a very steep hill, therefore if you like a flat walk, then you’ll need to grab the hotel shuttle to the beach front. We love the steep walks though. Downside bit - hotel food let’s it down. A bit pricy and a bit bland. However we are foodies so not quite hitting our needs. Highlight- the hotel is far enough away from the busy ‘tacky’ Irish bar infested areas. Therefore if you like relaxing at a pool daily and the gym. Then this is for you. Also the infinity pool was well worth the visit ( barring the food). All in all we loved it at this hotel. So easy to get taxi’s or a train to all the nice places on our hit list. Highly recommended.…
The hotel is part of a developing real estate project, serving not only the guests but other individuals, long distance from the sea and restaurants (expensive) with plastic chairs and tables!!! There is a free shuttle (too small with max 20 person capacity) and if you miss it, the Bolt or Uber might charge you 10 euros per ride (for 1,5 km!!!). There is just in the middle of a construction site so you can imagine that noise. Wouldn’t recommend for the price
The hotel and its staff exceeded all our expectations. You may complain on the location (not a seaside resort...) or the weird setting of some rooms, however these aspects can be checked before making the reservation.
Getting as much money out of you is the game at this hotel. If you want shade at the rooftop swimming pool you must pay. If you want ice in your room you must pay. The hotel is all about getting money snd it creates a horrible atmosphere. Outside beds with no shade by the pool are not wiped down between uses do makes it all icky & unhygienic Would never stay here again - avoid unless you bring a money tree with you - you will need it..
ur recent stay was absolutely incredible. I had an amazing time, and my fiancé and I could not have been happier. The staff were fantastic - especially Gerle (sorry not sure on spelling!) in the Sports Bar, who was always so happy and so helpful with suggestions for what food to choose etc. The Med restaurant staff were really wonderful when we arrived very late on our first night, and still served us even though it was about 5 minutes before they were meant to closed. The pools were all stunning, and we had a fabulous time at the Inifity Pool where the DJ was brilliant - Valen Alien - he was a great choice and played so many great tunes. The cleaning staff were all really lovely too, and never made us feel awkward and worked around our timings, and always left the room looking beautiful. The food was all incredible- we did go to Sollo one evening, which was superb, and again, we couldn’t have been better looked after - how wonderful to have such an experience available within the hotel! However, all of the other restaurants on site were also brilliant and served excellent food.…
Great hotel with lots of interesting art spread across the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and the Rooftop pool with the beautiful ocean view was really a nice treat. The wellness spa and circut at the sporting club are worth a visit. I would totally recommend this hotel to families, couples and business travellers.
