Take no notice of all the bad comments, we have been twice and have booked again for this year. agreed the hotel is a little tired but the food is good, its rooms have a sea view and the staff are all pleasant. last year i was speaking with the entertainments manager and he told me there was so renovations happening. I would give it a try,

We were a family half board. The food was terrible we stopped eating here and went out for meals. Hotel is dated, worst hotel room I ever stayed in. Parking is 13 euros per day. Hotel was quiet until Friday night. Friday and Saturday night the partying in the bars around the hotel went on until 7 in the morning, noise was terrible, could not sleep. This hotel is not in a good area. No pool and nowhere or discount to use another pool. Our room was facing horrible building and unused pool. Do not stay here I had asked for a quiet room as with my children this was not quiet. Not a good experience.

This hotel has 500 rooms, it is colossal in size and extremely ugly to look at. The carpets are all thread bear in the main areas, the decoration is very poor, flakey paint, cracks in the walls etc. This hotel needs a full face lift. The rooms don’t even have tea and coffee facilities, there was only one available socket to use for charging devices. It has three Very Loud night clubs right next door to it, we had to change rooms after the first night the noise was so bad, even when the music stopped you had all the drunks screaming up and down the street. It was not a good sign when a police van was parked up right next to the hotel reception, then an ambulance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they go clubbing most nights. The hotel does not even deserve two stars, let alone the four stars it has. We paid for bed and breakfast on our stay, but the food was disgusting. The breakfast tables were full of dirty breakfast dishes that the previous customers had left, there did not seem to be any staff for clearing and resetting the tables. The food was horrible buffet slop. We just had a cup of coffee..... from a machine.... rancid coffee. We made our way to a cafe every morning for breakfast to avoid the carnage and clutter of the hotel area. The reception team were pleasant and helpful, but apart from that I would stay clear of the place.

I found that the hotel's pool had been closed for the off season. There was nothing in their prospectus saying so, otherwise I would have booked an alternative hotel. On relaying this to the reception staff, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders, as if, tough. On arriving I was given the pass card for my room, which did not unlock the door to the room. I went back to reception, who issued a new card, but saying that the original was not at fault. I then, tried the 2nd card, it still didn't open the door. From the 8th floor, I then had to go back, again to reception. I informed the staff that the new card was still not opening the door to the room. At that point another guest standing next to me, said she was having the same problem. Finally, one of the reception staff, came with me to the room with a key. He found that it was the battery in the door that was at fault, not the card, so a mechanic had to be called to put a new battery into the mechanism. On getting access to the room, I found that the mini bar fridge, not to be working. It seems that it had been unplugged and would only work with the room card key inserted at the door appliance. So I then had to get a 2nd card to keep the mini bar fridge operational ie cool/cold. It looked as if the hotel are cutting corners, to save their electricity bill. As approximately 50% of the clientel were international, the tv channels are very limited and the only ones in English were business/financial programmess, so not exactly catering for their International guests.

Great location right on the main strip. Pleasant hotel and friendly staff. Food was basic but sometimes not very hot. Couldn't have a bath or shower on our last night as the water was brown. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was situated at the back facing the car park and was very quiet
