Juan the owner of the Pension Los Faroles and his family are very helpful. The hotel is clean, simple, and about 13 minutes walk from the beach and the centre of town. The roof terrace is quiet and very pleasant. I would happily stay there again.
this is a pension so don't expect room service but you wont be disappointed if you stay here, the rooms are clean and bright with fridge, aircon, hairdrier etc. owner is friendly, speaks English and the place is well run and very clean
Warm welcome, clean basic rooms, FREE WiFi in ALL AREA'S, very helpful owner, prompt reply to queries, roof terrace, 1 minute walk to fresh fruit, supermarket, hot food & taverns . . . & lowest priced = HIGHLY recommend 👍
There were 3 of us staying in a 2br/2ba without feeling cramped at all. The layout is well done and the units are nicely appointed. You have access to a nice, private pool shared by all the units. There is a great English run bar restaurant right across the street, so we never went to the main resort during our stay. You can walk to the supermarket, but it's an uphill climb to get back. If you want any night life or dining options, you'll definitely need a car. Calle de Mina's was a great little spot with lots of dining options & various services. Marbella is a short drive and well worth the trip.
I stayed 2 nights in April 2014; the attention of Juanito was excellent; cannot praise them enough; although very basic, I had a bathroom facility next to my bedroom and everything was quiet after 11pm. Also very good price!! Gracias Juanito por una excelente estadia en su pension; espero volver; tranquilo y conveniente para el centro y la estacion de buses de Fuengirola. Igualmente gracias a Manuel en la cafeteria por su excelente atencion
