Never ever again! The guide didn’t know the way, lost her horse due to her own stupidity, was afraid to canter and didn’t care for the guests. At last she dropped us off at the airport 8h before the flights went!!

I wanted to participate in the equestrian trail that the ranch propose to tourists. So I wrote to all their emails and to the Facebook account too. Nobody answered me, nowhere. During this time the ranch was still active on Facebook, they just ignored me. I has to choose another company.

We went on a 2 hour trip in the morning. Horses were happy and healthy, and the girls (Lioni, Nicole) that guided us were very nice, they even brought water on the trip. They took us to a beautiful viewpoint to see the coast. Did some canter, wouldn't expect more in the summer heat. Really cool to ride in the typical saddles and the horses were just beautiful. They divided us into groups based on level, which was great. Only thing that could have made the visit a bit better would be if someone came to greet us, as we just stood there watching as the horses was being prepared for us. Would be nice if someone said "Hey, here's what's going to happen!" Will gladly be back!

We went for a horse trail ride and were very pleased with the horses, however disappointed in the ride. We were told nothing faster than a walk, so we were prepared for that. We were promised a 'trail ride' on 'trails', but did an hour on roads, in fact the same road we drove up on. Staff was pleasant but with limited English. We were given helmets to use. Facilities are clean, horses are beautiful, well groomed and mannered.

I took my two daughters for a daily ride. We are all experienced riders who own horses and I have spent many years training them. The countryside was lovely and the horses well trained. Unfortunately although we were told we could gallop we spent the entire ride in walk which was very disappointing. The young girl who took us was polite and friendly but didn't seem to understand that we had all ridden. Staff were generally young girls and insisted on explaining in patronising details how to approach the horses get on etc and were really resistant when we tried to explain the we had handled horse previously. As an instructor I fully understand the safety issues and that often people are less than honest with their ability but we were made to feel a bit of a nuisance and incredibly undermined which made the experience very uncomfortable. It was a real shame because the venue and horses were good but I would definitely not rush back and will certainly not be holidaying here unless they significantly improve communication and customer service.Incidentally the other ride which left the same time as ours with evidently a couple of less experienced riders were able to gallop and appeared to have a great time.
