We spend only 1 night at the ballroom of the hotel. The service was great, staff very friendly, always with smile and helpful. The food was very tasty. The ballroom is very beautiful... classic style.

I lived in Palace Hotel of Sinaia during 3 nights in September 2016. I participated to an international conference organised in this well known, over century-old grand hotel. Its location - near the Bucegi Carpathian mountains, within the central Ghica Park of Sinaia, at 5 min of the railway station and close to the wonderful old building of a former...

I just want to say that the hotel itself is amazing, especially knowing that its there since 1911. It looks amazing inside and outside, the rooms are quite spacious and always clean, the staff is smiling and always helpful. Its close to the big supermarkets, to the main strip and the park which is unbelievably beautiful when there's snow. I...

Hotel Palace is situated in a park and is not too far away from the centre of Sinaia. Even though the hotel was built a long time ago, it is fully renovated and the rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was great with a variety of different cakes, bacons, omelettes and others....

We have visited the hotel with friends it is a nice stay nice location and full of trees. The hotel is situated in the forest near the walkway with the outdoor market. The staff does not speak English and that seems to be a problem sometimes.

The hotel has now a new good look and the rooms are also ok - even if to small for my tastes, but nice and clean, but the staff and the services are so, so bad! The receptionists were rude (one of them, a woman and the other one - a boy - seemed that he was from another planet,...

For me, it was a nice experience while in Sinaia. The building is old, indeed, but its architecture is amazing and I loved it. Also, the staff was one of the most friendly I've ever met and the food was really good and I had many choices.

The Palace Hotel is not only old in architecture and build it is also very old in fashion and mind, it did not yet grow into thhis century of tourism and the niveau such an hotel is expected to give you in the minimum. It has old uncomfortable beds, old very high bath almost dangerous to climb in and out...

Everything was common and normal, not special. It's very easy to find and very near to the sights. Restaurant serves great food at reasonable price. But there isn't any facilities like sauna, pool or something. And atmosphere was really dark.

Not sure if there are better choices inside the downtown area, labelled as a 4 star hotel am not sure if the service standard and the food live up to the labels. Asked for another toilet roll the receptionist doesn't know what that is, friend of mine ordered spaghetti as room service and it was extremely oily. Rather take a...
