In room 203. Good size room, clean and welcoming.Great location for centre of town. Very decent bar food available and resturant if you prefer a more formal setting. Front of house staff very welcoming and tended to all our needs, party of four in 2 rooms. Very reasonable rates, 180euros for 2 rooms including full Irish breakfast if required.

Had a surprise party arranged here for quite a while.when we arrived the area we had reserved was full up and staff were not very accommodating in clearing the area. Ordered party food for 40 and probably only enough for 20 was served. When the time came to bring out the cake which was dropped in early in the day,nobody... More

Checked into my room at 3pm, arrived up to find the door open and the room a mess, bed sheets everywhere, towels across the floor etc etc. When I went down to reception I was told the cleaners are on their brake so to call back in an hour. Called back and went to the room but the key cards... More

Our room was huge and included a sitting area with a sofa, two arm chairs and a coffee table. Very spacious with bottles of water and plenty of tea/coffee and hot chocolate available. The shower was extremely powerful. As the room was facing the main street there was a bit of noise in the early hours but it was short... More

Had room right at back of hotel, which was rather tired and dated. The key card wouldn't work, which resulted in several treks to Reception to ascertain progress on its resolution. The staff, however, were very warm and courteous, in resolving the issue.

Budget Hotel in a midlands town so expectations shouldn't be too high. My room was of low quality, though. There was a strong smell of stale cigarettes and it offered no insulation from the street outside (luckily it was a quiet enough night) and the bathroom was a little cramped. The bed was comfortable, though. The staff were all very... More
