The University of Arkansas hosted me (classical musician) for a 2-day teaching/performing event, providing accommodations for me and my collaborative pianist at the Dickson Street Inn. We were given the two largest (VIP) suites on the top (2nd) floor. This was my first Bed and Breakfast experience, and it was a good one. The staff was polite and attentive, suites...

We had four couples stay at the Dickson Street Inn and it was an incredible stay. The rooms are adorned perfectly and the beds are quite comfortable. Breakfast was much better than your average continental breakfast and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - thank you Bob! The inner courtyard was a great place...

Innkeeper was friendly and helpful with advice and directions. Room was adequate and superficially clean, but needed a deeper cleaning. We have stayed in a fair amount of B&Bs around the country and this is the first one that has not served a full, hot breakfast. The building was a bit tired and needed some paint.

So, we stayed at the Dickson Street Inn, nice little boutique hotel with great location. The staff is very personable and kind, they helped us to accommodate with ease and to feel good. The rooms were very...

My wife and I spent one night in Room 6 at the back of the house. It was quiet, clean, restful, and the large jacuzzi tube was great! The room was a little cramped for me and there was no wi-fi that would connect in the room. We didn't try in other locations on the property. The breakfast was basically...

Great stuff, lovely rooms, exceptionally good location and overall great boutique hotel. I had 2 lovely days here with my boyfriend. Our room was very beautiful, the bed was soft and the room was clean. The interior design of the hotel is joyful and compelling as well. We had 2 breakfasts here and we liked all of them!

I was brought to Fayetteville by my job and was booked to stay at the Dickson Street Inn. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never been to area or the Inn before. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. I was treated with such respect and kindness. I honestly felt as though I was family. All of my...
