Stayed here for a wedding in Roscommon town & Abbey Hotel, it was walking distance to church and hotel. Absolutely fabulous stay so clean and comfortable and Teresa was a brilliant host. Fresh breakfast every morning, with complementary mince pies, tea/coffee and toast.
Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous place. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The beds are sooooo comfy. Teresa and Gerry are really lovely and so welcoming. Very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It's a really homely place. Stayed here for 3 nights and seriously didn't want to leave. It's only about 10 minutes from Roscommon which is a really sweet little town. Loved it.

My parents stayed in Ross House B&B recently. On arrival, they met Theresa. She couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet & relaxing. Situated in a great location and plenty of space for parking. I wouldn't have any doubt in recommending this B&B.

We stayed there for one night for a wedding in Roscommon which started at 1pm. The owner of Ross House told us checkout was at 11am. When we asked about the possibility of waiting somewhere (living area/lobby) before we headed for the wedding (as we were dressed for the wedding) we were advised to go to a cafe in town. As such we felt the owner was very unaccomodating. We will not be staying here again.

I had booked for months, but Ms Teresa invented a lot of excuses and I was left without a roof over head. B & B not recommended to anyone, unreliable and poorly managed.

In case of this review, I am very confused as I have no record of this person staying with us, in which case how can there be negative comments about our service or house etc.

The perfect place to spend a quiet and pieceful holiday. From the moment you enter the house you feel like home, not only because of the cosy atmosphere but also because of the hospitality of Teresa. The rooms are very clean and again very cozy. If you want to spend some days in Roscommon, that's the place to be, also because it's just a short walk from Roscommon town centre!

stayed with a large family group while we attended the races, and were all spoiled by Theresa and her family. Such a warm, friendly woman who made us feel like home. The breakfast talk was the special ingredient to an already great meal

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for one night after attending a wedding at the Abbey Hotel. I cannot fault it for comfort and cleanliness for such a reasonable price. Teresa was very welcoming and helpful, and made a superb cooked breakfast for us. The rooms were clean and modern with very comfortable beds. It's very close to the town and the Abbey Hotel if you're staying for a wedding. It's just a shame we didn't spend more time there!

We had a wonderful, perfectly comfortable and pleasant two night stay. Teresa is a delightful hostess (Gerry was out of town) and conversationalist who goes far above and beyond to ensure that guests' needs are met. It is within walking distance to town and has a nice view across the water of the castle. Our room was very nice and spacious. And the breakfast, well it speaks for itself. If you walk away hungry it's your own fault.

We stayed at Ross House as were were attending a wedding at The Abbey, Co. Roscommon. The accomodation was wonderful, large spacious bedroom. Everything about Ross House is perfection, from the wonderful Breakfast to Teresa herself. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Teresa was friendly and kind. In fact she gave us a lift to the Abbey in her car as it was raining. Teresa certainly made us feel as though we were one of the family with even a pot of tea and cake after our days out sightseeing. Teresa certainly did everything she could to make our stay there and in Ireland wonderful. Can't praise her enough. Thank you Teresa.
If we return to Ireland in the future, we will certainly return to Ross House and thoroughly recommend it to everyone.
