18 of us stayed for a weekend (3rd&4th Feb) for a hen. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and modern and the facilities were perfect for such a large group. We made use of the wood burning outdoor pizza oven and hot tub. Hope to return again soon with my family.

I can be particular when it comes to my hotel accommodations, but Rock Farm really surprised me. We stayed in one of their tiny homes;with a fire place inside. located outside of the main house. We were lucky enough to have the entire grounds to ourselves. outdoor hot tub outside, and lots of farm animals to see. Michelle was our...

This fantastic farm house with its spacious rooms, eco themes and magnificent kitchen was a big hit with three generations of our family. And it's the best spot to tour the local magnificent megaliths if that's your thing -- this is the richest valley for the passage tombs in Ireland with 400 sites around the local area. And make sure...

We had a family wedding in the area and as a family of 19 we were lucky to come across rock farm lime house. The house is beautiful with endless amounts of space and huge bedrooms most with an ensuite attached. The views from the house are incredible our only downside was that we didn't get to spend long enough...

We stayed here for the weekend in December for a hen party. The house is really special. With a log burning stove and outdoor hot tub, It is cosy and inviting. The house is really well equipped for the large numbers it accommodates. Plenty of glasses, plates and fridge space etc. A fantastic dining table and lovely lounge area in...

Utterly fabulous location and I loved loved the clamping experience and access to a full kitchen and the grounds. Staff was welcoming and the gated property felt very safe, even for a young woman traveling alone.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Rockfarm. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Lovely location just 10 minutes drive from Newgrange. There's lots of animals (pigs, rabbits, turkeys, pheasants) in the nearby fields. Cooking facilities are very good plus there's a fine big fridge. We were met by Michelle who showed us around the house and gave us...

What can I say, we stayed here for one night. It was €120. You can get similar rates in nearby 3/4 star hotels with breakfast included and you won't freeze. We stayed in a hut which was a green galvanized shed, made to look like an old caravan. It was OK inside but very small. No toilet facilities nearby which...

Hello James, Thanks for your candid review. I'm not sure when you stayed with us, but the only reason you would have been cold is if you had not lit your wood stove, which makes the shepherd's hut nice and warm all night. The shepherds hut was built by artisans in the style of the old huts used by shepherds...
