Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What an amazing place and an amazing host!, Elaine is so friendly like part of the family she makes you very welcome as soon as you walk through the door, it was actually just like being at home nothing is to much trouble and the full Irish breakfast is amazing!, Rooms are pleasant and warm, beds are very comfy and the En suite well kitted out, would highly recommend will definitely return the best B&B I’ve ever stopped at! 😊☘️🇮🇪.

Very basic establishment, the only good comment is that it is clean. The owner was a bit abrupt and not very forthcoming. No sitting room area, and a cold breakfast room to be used instead and not comfortable. Breakfast pretty poor and dire toast. Cheap perhaps but not cheerful and would not recommend at all, sorry.

This recently redone B and B is warm, comfortable, and the hostess was lovely, cheerful and informative. We stayed two nights while visiting my daughter who is an exchange student in the town and were so happy to have found it! A bit pricier than some of the others and no wifi but so clean and welcoming with a delicious huge breakfast it was easier to pay. Highly recommended!

Top class B and B . Spotlessly clean, warm, new, great value and excellent food. Good location with safe parking , While working in Navan for a few days i stayed here ,not my first time to stay in this B and B. Elaine goes out of her way to take care of you and cooked a 5 star breakfast with her own home baked brown bread in the morning. I highly recommend this excellent B and B to anyone , family couples or business.

Stayed in St. Thomas B&B on an ovrnight visit to Navan. The B&B is locaed just outside the town. On arrival we were greeted by Elaione & shown to our room. My wife had some reservations about staying in a B&B from a previous experience (20 years ago..) but this B&B dispelled them all. Elaine is a warm host, the rooms are spotlessly clean as are the ensuites. All mod cons are included (flatscreen, tea & coffee etc..). The following morning we were greeted with a freshly cooked breakfast which was as good as it was large (exactly what was needed after the previous night). I would definitely recommend a stay in St. Thomas. It's as good as either of the hotels in the town.

This was one of my favorite B&B's I stayed out while visiting Ireland! Eileen is a very pleasant person and really helped us with things to do in the area! The B&B is extremely well kept and very nice! The B&B is located just outside of the town and very easy to get to! I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone going to the Navan area!

A lovely welcoming B&B, with modern decor and light/airy rooms. The owner of the house was extremely pleasant and helpful: she even gave me a lift into Navan when I was having computer issues! Superb (and the breakfast was spot on!).

I stayed several nights at St. Thomas B&B and found the accommodations, food and hospitality to be excellent. At Euro35 per night, it's a great deal and well located to see all the major sites in the Boyne River Valley, NewGrange, the Hill of Tara, etc. Elaine is a wonderful, no-nonsense gal who will happily chat with you - or not - depending on your preference. As a solo traveler, I thoroughly enjoyed her company and hospitality. I highly recommend this place and look forward to spending another few nights there in the summer.
