Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The location was great. The facilities were nice. However, the windows and doors were always left open so flies were everywhere. I killed over a dozen in my bedroom. The rooms need some type fan to circulate the air and the windows could then be closed.

We stayed here to visit Tayto Park. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot. The Staff are amazing. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. Thank you for going over and above the call of duty. My son loves Nutella and toast, they didn't have any Nutella. But, they produced the most lovely hot chocolate and mallows at breakfast. Day made!!!!! Thank you. We will return. ❤️

We stayed in a triple room which was definitelybig enough for, my son, partner and myself. Only about a 25 min drive from tayto park which was our main visit. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff attentive and friendly. We were very warm at night and asked if possible for a fan, the night porter got one for us, an even more comfortable night sleep for us. Breakfast was just lovely. We will definitely stay here again if visiting navan area again. Thank use all very much

We had the most lovely stay in Navan. The guest house is only a 20 to 25 minute drive to Tayto Park. We loved the town and we were looked after so well in Ma Dwyers by Deirdre. She was so kind to myself and my son and she went out of her way to make our stay a pleasant one. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel staff very friendly room clean breakfast lovely Thanks to Deirdre for looking after us. Taxi not cheap but good bus and train services available NX to Dublin is an express bus that stops right outside the hotel. The 109a is the airport bus 12 euros return. Stop at airport Zone 11 - every hour. Nice pubs and good shopping in Navan too O’brian’s in Johnstown isn’t far and the food is nice. The Royal Meath is a good pub and we liked The Central both in Navan.

The place was quiet. The carpet outside was beautiful. But the carpet in the room was very old. The water from the bathroom came into the bedroom through the wall. The location was very far from Dublin city. The service was partly nice and partly not nice.

The place was very far from Dublin city and the carpet was old in the room. The water from the bathroom from the shower came into the bedroom. But we liked Dublin City. There were many activities in the city. We met different bus drivers everyday and they were kind.

Didn't like the carpet in the room, it was too old. The water from the bathroom came into the bedroom. It also was far from Dublin city. The service was nice but some were also not nice. Unhappy to stay.
