Visited the Longford Arms Hotel for the marathon in August. Places to stay in this area are extremely limited, and we were lucky to be staying so close to the action. The hotel is adequate, and offers clean, no-frills accommodations. This is definitely not a four or five star property, but they aren't trying to be either. Rooms are small,... More

Room was fine, comfortable beds. Feather duvets, which would have been lovely but all the feathers were at the top and bottom and nothing in the middle! Not a big issue however. Noise outside late at night not too much of a problem: this place is right in the centre of a town after all -and breakfast was tasty. What... More

Haven't stayed here but have often had dinner and drinks here 👍🏼 the food is delish, the decor is a little dull. Staff are all nice and friendly. The car park could be a bit more secure as my fiancés wind visors were stolen from his van

Had lunch here a few times recently and was very impressed. Good service, good food. Great staff, right price. This was carvary lunch and we had a choice of five or six lunches and all were fresh and tasty.

Everything about this hotel was bad, from the service to the rooms and trough the food, in the bathroom sink in my room there where two faucets, one said H, one said HOT and both only produced cold water, there were no hot water in the shower either. When I tried to sleep it sounded like customers from the bar... More

The hotel is good, the bedrooms are quite a walk to get to,o no lift!the room was faultless ,quite comfortable. The entertainment in the bar/lounge was a bonus!(we stayed on a Sunday night)This made our stay very enjoyable.Breakfast was average,i had to wait until fresh supplies came out..But for 100 euro for a Sunday night stay I thought it was just a... I have just started a long tour of Ireland which will take me up until the end of March 2017. This leg of the tour found us in Longford which in itself is a very clean and very charming town. The Longford Arms hotel is situated on Main Street in Longford and has plenty of parking round the back of... More
