We arrived hopeful as we are students of St. Patrick’s we wanted to experience what it was like to stay. Not a good experience during the night one of the residents knocked on our door for 5 minutes. As two young women we were scared to answer at 12.30am and waited until they stopped. It was very secluded and the shared bathrooms are not ideal. Quite steep for the amount of money you pay to stay. 94 for a double room with en-suites and no breakfast . The guy on reception was lovely couldn’t say anything wrong with him when we complained the next morning. Very understanding the lady was quite inconsiderate of what happened to us. Wouldn’t recommend to stay there on own. Beautiful grounds

Stayed in a Superiour Room for two nights in the original house, a beautifully historic building. The room was wonderfully comfortable, clean and absolutely huge. Fridge/tea making facilities and en suite a bonus. Excellent price. Wonderfully friendly check-in and the woman (apologies I never got her name) on Friday also took me across the courtyard in the wind and rain to check out alternative rooms so that I could advise my participants about choices accordingly. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending accommodation to others. Thank you.

I stay here all the time as part of my work. Very reasonable rates. Nice clean rooms. Lots of history in the grounds. One day maybe coming up to Christmas I intend to do a guided tour as there is so much to see. I stay in the budget rooms mainly but sometimes I stay in the luxury rooms. Luxury rooms are very reasonably priced for what you are getting. I will revisit again when I have done the tour. See photos.

Dear Kerryman86, Thank you for taking the time to share these thoughts with us, we are delighted to hear that you enjoy staying here in Maynooth Campus! In general the guided tours run during summer months only and during winter they are organised for groups visiting the campus. However please do inquire at reception if you have a date/time in mind and we will do our best to cater to you. Warm regards, The MCCA Team

Stayed here before .... the ambience of the building and grounds is unreal ! This stay, was early in September, and so I got to do the guided tour (stops for winter). You can pay ? €2 a day for parking out the back (instead of the pay and display main car park.
