Detailed Reviews
We booked a holiday with Eurocamp ( our sixth time) and every time I get to a site I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with their accommodation even though we also book a top of the range cabin.
This year we booked Sylvamar which is a 5 star site. Our accommodation was tired, unclean, the list goes on.
I met Pat and Lisa of Kelair who were absolutely beautiful people. I was curious to see what their accommodation was like,
It was unbelievably clean, every cabin looks new. Everytime I walked past their office there was a smiley face waiting to greet you and help. I am gutted this is first time we have ever come across this company.
They helped us with places to go,
Things to see and do. They are an asset to Kelair and we will definitely book through their company.

We have just left our mobile accommodation in La Sirene after a very enjoyable trip and wanted to especially thank the Kelair couriers Megan, Nicole and Sean on site this year for their help. They are a credit to Kelair and helped us out this morning big time when there was an issue (our error) on checkout dates. Sincere thanks

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing week in Sol a Gogo. Beautiful modern mobile home and super access to the beach. Special thanks to the Kelair couriers they were so helpful. Great holiday experience from start to end.

I had a holiday booked with this company in May 2020. Covid19 and travel restrictions impacted my plans and holiday could not go ahead.
KelAir failed to contact me and I've had to continuosly chase them for a refund.
Quoted 2-3 months before they could action any refunds.
Now approaching the 3 month marker.
Their customer service is diabolical.

I don't tend to post negative reviews, however our camping experience with Kelair camphotel was very poor. They were dismissive of our opinions, instead choosing to form an incorrect opinion of our expectations and experience. Customer service has alot to be desired.
We arrived in Domain Les Ormes in Brittany (a fab resort), and sadly were offered the grottiest, oldest, smelliest caravan in the history of camping holidays in France (plot number MR06). The Kelair caravan was simply horrific! It was filthy, the toilet smelt like a portaloo at Glastonbury, and the decking was rotting with holes in it. We refused to stay in it and they had nothing else to offer us. After 4 hours of anxiety, we ended up booking direct with the site at our own expense.
In our experience, there was nothing 'luxurious' about their caravans. The photos we took were a shock to friends and family when we returned home. These photos helped us to successfully obtain a full refund from Kelair as there was no opportunity to dismiss facts.
If you are planning a trip to Les Ormes in Brittany, please book direct. They have fabulous accommodation. At late notice, we stayed in a 'Tent Lodge' as it was all that was available. It was a trillian times better than the Kelair mobile home we had refused on hygiene and safety grounds. For a similar price, we had superior accommodation which was spacious, clean, comfortable and quirky.

We have travelled twice with Kelair, once to Sequoia Park, and more recently to La Grande Metairie.
They are very competitively priced compared to other operators, especially in light of the fact that decking and duvets (not blankets!) are included in the price.
On this, our second trip with them, we booked the ferry as part of our package, which gave us a 10% discount on the advertised price with Irish Ferries.
On both occasions we were greeted promptly and courteously when we arrived. Accommodation was lovely and clean, and the beds had been made up in advance of our arrival. The couriers really went out of their way to be helpful - so much so that our neighbours, who had travelled with other operators, remarked on them. Our children loved the Buzzy Bees kids' club.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Kelair Campotel.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Spain. 10 days camping in Castell Montgri, L'Estartit. (couple in our mid 40's with three kids, two girls 12 and 10 years old and a boy of 8) Not sure who enjoyed it the most. This is a lively, secure and well run campsite with more than adequate on site facilities.
Stayed with KelAir and had booked through Cassidy Travel, Liffey Valley. Found Cassidy Travel and in particular Annette great to deal with.
All aspects of the travel went to plan and were easy, well timed and organized.
The accommodation was well positioned and central in relation to most facilities. It was clean, well equipped and maintained.
Camping facilities were second to none as were the children's and night entertainment. There was something for everyone.
Outside the site, the town of L'Estartit is a typical Spanish seaside resort town with good shopping, cafes, bars etc but is lacking in quality restaurants and is mainly focused on passing trade and quick turnover of clientele and therefore is mainly pub grub. There are some good places to eat a short distance away by taxis but some homework is required to find them. The beach and its facilities are good with more than adequate parking and room for beach games. The water is warm and safe with a sandy sea bed that slopes gradually.
Last but not least, we wish to acknowledge the courier couple for KelAir Paula and Maurice who went out of their way to make us welcome and to make our stay so pleasurable. We cannot find the words to adequately express our gratitude to these hard working and committed people. They truly are the essence of the meaning of the saying "the salt of the earth". We hope that KelAir realize how lucky they are to have such great ambassadors for their business out in Spain.
All in all a great holiday destination with a campsite and accommodation that we can highly recommend.

This was our first camping holiday and booked both the ferry and campsite with Campotel/Kelair - Le Clarys Plage campsite was recommended to us by Kelair for the ages of our children, 9, 7 and 4 yrs and we weren't disappointed. We arrived on a very wet and miserable Sunday to the french campsite but we were greeted by Laura, one of the Kelair couriers, who was really lovely, very helpful and very efficient. Thankfully our mobile was ready for us (which was a huge plus considering the weather!) and I was really impressed with the Kelair mobile homes - spotlessly clean, proper size fridge, decent shower facilities to name but a few. The linen packs were fantastic, particularly the Kelair beach towels - excellent quality - definitely no need to bring your own. My two younger children thoroughly enjoyed the Kelair kids club, Buzzy Bees all week. Throughout the week, we bumped into the 3 x Kelair couriers in the campsite and each time, they stopped to check was everything OK - which was very reassuring. Overall, I couldn't recommend Kelair highly enough. We will definitely be traveling with Kelair in the future!

We have travelled to France with Kelair four times and on each trip they have been excellent in every way. They have an amazing team working with them who are an absolute credit to themselves and the business. We have just returned from La Grande Metaire in Brittany and had a wonderful holiday. Thank you to all in Kelair both in Ballinasloe and in La Grande Metaire.

Back yesterday after two weeks in Les Genets with KelAir - loved it. My 7 year old was "sappy" at the end (sad but happy!) because he had to leave to go home. The couriers, Gemma & Conor, were amazing - dealt with any queries quickly and were great! The Buzzy Bee Club is fabulous - 6 year old thought that "all clubs should be Buzzy Bee" after her first morning there!
Great support from KelAir from the first phone call to book the holiday, accomodation was brilliant, site is ideal. Only a few weeks and we can book again for next year!
