Okay place as you walk on in and handy for the airport and where I was working in Malahide. However one of my least enjoyable stays and one of the most budget places I would have been better off at the Holiday Inn next door. The gentleman on the Nightshifts on reception unhelpful which resulted in being over charged and still haven't received a response off the hotel. The room was also unfortunately not changed in a week even upon request for that same gentlemen at reception. Genuinely the worst service I've had and I understand people have bad days but these were seperate occasions. I understand aswell it's hard working with customers but it was bad. Positives breakfast nice, decor nice, rooms are okay and day staff on reception when checking in and validating parking were lovely. Definitely wouldn't stay here again though as it's budget service pretending to be something else. I'm not one who has ever wrote a one star review either and waiting a couple of months post emailing the hotel to post this. Hope they improve.

My husband and I stayed here the night before we were scheduled to fly out of Dublin airport. For a very busy airport hotel, we were impressed with how well everything ran, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food. The hotel is clearly geared for very high volumes of people transitioning to the airport. It has a very large lobby with many comfortable seats and tables, and you can get drinks from the bar; waiting for check-in to our room was pleasant. Our room was quiet and clean and roomy and perfectly adequate for our needs. We decided to have dinner at The Playwright downstairs and enjoyed a generous serving of fish and chips. In the morning the hotel breakfast had a wide range of items including the full Irish breakfast and brown bread. We were very pleased. The next time we fly out of Dublin we will be sure to stay here the day before.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We booked the concert package and we were so impressed. Staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. The shuttle to the concert at Malahide was brilliant and the driver was so friendly. Breakfast was beautiful. I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it never fails to please. Returning in august and already looking forward to my next stay.

Stayed here on our first night in Ireland. Off the plane there is a free shuttle bus to the hotel. It goes 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes. Check in was fast and easy. The room clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel was very busy, packed with people heading off on holiday so they were all in a party mood. Could not hear them from our room.

My family is staying here tonight before a flight tomorrow. First, they assigned us a room that does not exist. Literally - we took all our luggage upstairs and discovered that there is no room with that number. That finally got sorted out, and we are in our assigned room... where the sink is completely clogged. I'd love to get someone up to unclog it but no one is answering the phone downstairs even though we have called and called for twenty minutes. It is now 11 pm and I have a flight in the morning so I am giving up. For the privilege of staying at this awful hotel, we are paying almost $400. Do anything you can to avoid staying here.

This place is huge, they don’t answer the phones at reception called down many times no one picks up. Beds are hard , pillows are flat and the air conditioning was broken, thank god it was only one night. Shuttle bus late and over packed with people. The breakfast was cold but it did have really good cappuccino and croissants. I did like that is was clean.

All good except the sheets had mildew in many spots. I find this unexceptable at this price point. Clean, but obviously needed to be replaced. Restaurant and pub were fine. Go for skinny chips. Shuttle bus is very good. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Nice hotel. Very busy check in with really poor queue management so people jumping queue all over the place. Room was nicely decorated but lack of pillows (only 2 for 2 people in an exec room). Tried to call reception and no answer after multiple times of trying around 5pm. Should have asked on the way back in around midnight but forgot. Again tried to call and just rang out after repeated attempts. I should have gone down but it was so late. Thought I would be okay but poor nights sleep as a result. Lady on check out was polite and apologetic but a good nights sleep is how I judge a hotel, especially one charging €200 a night. Breakfast was nice with staff working hard.
