We stayed here for one night. Our stay was great value. We ate in the restaraunt which was beautiful and the food was amazing. We used the spa. My partner had a lovely back massage however my back was sore for quite a few days afterwards. Overall we really enjoyed our time

I have checked into this and see we received an email from you on November 14th at 10:05. Our reservations team replied to this email at 10:14 on the same day with information on pricing and availability of rooms. If you have not received this it may have gone into your junk folder. If you could add info@roganstown.com to your list of safe senders this will ensure you can receive emails from us going forward.

Received a golf.ie voucher for this hotel. Had heard wonderful things, but was disappointed. Spa voucher credit, but spa was booked out. Outdated room, uncomfortable bed, flat pillows, shower was clogged. Overall bad experience. Really disappointed

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear of your recent experience at our hotel. We provide one tower of sandwiches and pastries per two people at afternoon tea as standard. I have checked with our General Manager and we cannot see any complaint made in relation to this. Providing a great customer experience is very important to us so we would ask you to contact us on info@roganstown.com with your details we will look into this and contact you directly to endeavor to resolve this to your satisfaction.

Toiletries are very good and plentiful. Room hairdryer is excellent...probably 220 V.

Yes there are toiletries in the hotel.Hairdryer is very good. My suggestion for travelling into Dublin would be take the hotel shuttle to Dublin airport and from there there are plenty of buses that go directly into the city centre. Otherwise ask the lovely staff in the hotel for guidance and they will help you out. We took the Dublin express bus from Swords village, pick up at the Pavillion shopping centre (regular departure times) priced around €3.30 and it takes about 30mins. Excellent service.

The roads in Ireland are narrower than you'd be used to in Canada and traffic can be hectic but it's fine to drive here. You just need to be careful driving on the opposite side of the road. If you're only wanting to visit Dublin city during your stay I'd suggest just taking a taxi in and out or maybe the bus or train. Parking can be a problem in the city centre. Roganstown offers a shuttle service to and from Dublin airport and there's a bus from there straight into the city centre.
