Riversdale B&B is located very near the Dublin Int. Airport (10-15 minutes); however, it is in a country setting just north of Swords. The B&B is very quiet and peaceful yet convenient to the airport and good restaurants. I cannot say enough about the host and hostess, the Cavanaugh's, as they so warmly welcomed us, were extremely flexible with our...

We chose this place because it was closer to the airport. It was a pleasant place to stay and the hosts were really nice. The food was excellent and the rooms were just as you would hope. We stayed here two nights and that was great. The house is beautiful and the people were really flexible on arrivals and breakfast....

Although the location of Riversdale Bed & Breakfast is a little bit remote with respect to downtown Dublin it is a very nice place to spent a few days. In contrast to the city center it is a place which is not crowded by tourists where everybody speaks a foreign language and you might think that you are not really...

We spent a long weekend at Riversdale for St. Patrick's Day and it superseded all of my expectations. The property is a little out of the way, but we ended up loving that aspect of the trip. It is very close to the airport, and it was quick and easy to get into the heart of Dublin. Our hosts were...

They took us in last minute and we were so very happy with out experience. They were so very helpful and inviting. She drew us a map to go in town for dinner and to leave to the airport the following morning. The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated having access the mini fridge to have a bite...

I am honestly perplexed that the overall reviews for this B&B are as positive as they are. I found it to be very dingy and rather depressing. Cramped spacing, very-VERY unpleasant room. Layout was cramped and just plain ugly. Old furniture and bedding. A bit dusty. Certainly not inviting or bright or pleasant. I was uncomfortable the entire time I...

we have noted this review and updated furniture in room sorry about the dust, this was an oversight we would have been grateful if this had of been brought to our attention at the time.

We stayed with Michael and Catherine for the beginning of our trip and the end of our trip. They were gracious hosts and our stay was wonderful! The property is very clean and comfortable, the bus to Dublin is conveniently located (once you know how to flag it down :)). Breakfast every day was very fresh, hot and tasty! We...

Very conveniently located for sightseeing and pub crawling in Dublin ... Michael and Catherine couldn't be more accommodating or gracious with everything from parking and traffic tips to help registering Vat tax refund cards ... great breakfast, cozy rooms ... and free soccer right next door

Compared to the other B&B's we stayed at it's just OK. Breakfast was very average. Old furniture and beds. Very small bathroom. You could hear every sound when others would come and go. It is close to the airport, and not to far from stores and restaurants. Room for parking your car. The owners were nice and helpful.

Riverdale was the last B&B stay of our trip to Ireland. It was a very comfortable and clean home and we had a pleasant 20 minute walk to town for dinner and sight seeing. Michael was very helpful with recommendations for dinner (the old public school house) as well as the best route to the Dublin airport. It was nice...
