Very cozy place used to be the old cinema. Beautifully done. Central to everything. Claire was wonderful in check in and so friendly and helpful. My wife had messed up her knee on Croagh Patrick earlier in the day and Charlie found some Diclofenac gel and an ice pack straight away for her. Stunning area and pity we only had...

The Ritz offered good value accommodation in a central location for exploring Donegal. The owners kindly allowed our dogs to stay - something we were struggling to find. The room was basic (bunk beds/double beds) but had accompanying Ensuite and was clean and fit for purpose. The breakfast in the morning was a bonus - self service cereals/toast etc. The...

A great place to stay. A quiet central location - opposite the church. The room we had was a family room, it was spotless with very comfy beds. The rate was very affordable. There was a great lounge. To be honest this place felt like a home from home. You help yourself to a light breakfast or you can cook...

We spontaneously ended up in killybigs on our roadtrip through Ireland. Our lonely planet suggested the ritz and we were not disappointed! It's a beautiful hostel, very friendly and charming. Better than any 3 star hotel! Claire was incredibly sweet and we felt right at home. We had a private room with an ensuite and it had everything one could've...

We arrived quite late in the evening, The Ritz (Claire) called us to check if we were okay. We had been travelling the whole day, so we parked super close by, checked in and then went out for a pint to the recommended local. Good music and craic for a Friday night. I had an amazing sleep, the room was...

I'll be honest- I was wary of the idea of staying in a 'hostel' but this, to me, is more like a hotel. Our room was private, it had a double and single bed, table and chairs, ample storage, TV and ensuite! It was more spacious than a lot of 'hotels' twice the price. The location is great- right in...
