We popped in here for one drink before we set off on the clifftop walk. The Inn by the Harbour clearly has strong links with the lifeboat station, the walls were awash with photos, news articles and certificates of local crews and on our table, there was an RNLI magazine which was actually a fascinating read full of local interest...

We visited the Inn by the harbour yesterday with a view to look for accommodation for a week, we were unsuure as we had read reviews about the owner so we decided to have something to eat first, well let me tell you we got the worst greeting we have ever got throughout our travels "well what to you want...

We stayed in the beautiful Bayview hotel and one evening we went to the pier 21 restaurant of the harbour inn. Verry warm welcome by friendly personel and a menu card with a great selection of fish and meet. The grilled steak was perfect even as the chicken. Would certainly recomend this place. Tip: take a window table.

The place is charming, clean, very well equipped for the price and just around the corner of the beautiful Ballycotton cliff walk. Stayed there for two nights in a single room. The owners and the staff were very welcoming and responsive to my requests and together with the regulars in the pub very warm and friendly. It was a pleasant,...

I stayed at the Inn last year. Accommodation is fine (what you would expect for the price), the view from our room was amazing but I'm sorry to report I received the rudest welcome I have ever encountered at any accommodation I've visited in the world. When I arrived and gave my name the owner accused me of having booked...

Family owned, this is a charming and authentic experience. The family is nice, the food is adequate, and the drinks are plentiful. If you're looking for a place to to spend some time in an immersive and genuinely Irish atmosphere, this is it.

At 7pm on a Saturday evening we showed up at the Inn by the Harbour and managed to get the 'last room available'. It was over the bar, but we didn't mind the mur-mur from down below. But what the owner didn't tell us was that a three-man band was starting at 10pm - immediately underneath our bed, and the...

Finding ourselves a victim of the weather we were unable to leave so decided to try out the towns entertainment. Was advised of the good pub and great restaurant by the local Lifeboat Coxswain and boy did he get it spot on! Jerrys welcome was just what we needed a couple of pints after and felt part of the scenery...

3 couples stayed here for a night on a dinner, B&B package ( dinner in Pier 26). It was excellent! out room was on the small side & didn't have a view but we didn't mind. It was comfy & peaceful which are the most important factors. The dinner & breakfast were both fab! both well beyond our expectations with...
