Stayed mid August with the lovely Anna...
Just for one night this time. Excellent host, warm, friendly, and thought put into facilities. Welcome scones, tea/coffee on arrival.. In fact there is a small kitchen area available to all guests so you can leave food etc in fridge.. Especially handy if you have children. Our room was at the front. We'll equipped, ensuite lovely. Breakfast in a room with a view was fantastic, and perfect lasting us for the trip home that morning.

We went to ballycotton on Saturday night to a concert and stayed in Sunville, it was absolutely super top class . They even suggested a taxi that collected us and dropped us off again . We had a gourmet breakfast served with fresh homemade bread and scones . It was great value and then to top it all I got two books from
The lady herself she had read them, to bring away with me .

A delightful hidden gem with the warmest hospitality given by the owners - best breakfast ever had in any b&b ever! Beautiful scones on arrival and on request at any time. Pat and Anna could not have looked after us any better - as an elderly couple (brother and sister travelling together in their 80s) we were allowed to rest in the lounges during the day and the fire lit especially for us. And we even can enjoy their food at home too as we were gifted jars of their homemade jam to bring home. Thank you pat and Anna for a lovely Ballycotton treat

We (3 friends) stopped in Sunville House for 5 nights. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The hospitality of our hosts was wonderful. The food was amazing, everything was so fresh. We had the full Irish breakfast every morning and we all agreed they were the best Irish breakfasts we have ever eaten (and we have had many!). The homemade fresh scones and raspberry jam was just delicious. Both the village of Ballycotton and Ballymaloe House are just a short drive away, with plenty of restaurant options. I would highly recommend this wonderful house.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at Sunville House recently. Anna and Pat are very gracious hosts, the location is lovely and peaceful with a great view from the dining room. The accommodation is very comfortable with a guest TV lounge and conservatory to relax in. There is a kitchenette with a fridge for the guests to store food and drinks, also tea/ coffee and fresh scones supplied daily. The pièce de résistance has to be the wonderful breakfasts we enjoyed, varied scrumptious fruit medley and cooked breakfasts with home made scones and brown bread, pancakes to die for! highly recommended, thank you Anna and Pat.

A beautiful setting and exceptionally gracious hosts. The landscape is striking and the hosts also make a huge effort to help ensure things go smoothly. Our only regret is that our stay wasn’t longer. Highly, highly recommended.

A warm, inviting atmosphere with the comforts of home set in the heart of the Irish country side. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The generous host do not hesitate to offer sensational service. They also make a scrumptious full Irish breakfast.

Superb accommodation and breakfast with friendly and helpful hosts Pat and Anna. Clean, fresh, spacious, comfortable room with sitting area on ground floor awaited us along with tea and fresh-baked scones, jam, and butter. Delightful view from breakfast room and sun room to doze in apart from your room. Free strong wi-fi connection available along with access to computer. A short drive from Ballycotton, Garryvoe Strand, and Ballymaloe Cooking School and House. This is a luxurious but comfortable home away from home.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Sunville House with Anna and Patty. They were so incredibly kind and welcoming. If you are weary of feeling like a number or username, spend a night or two at Sunville House; they will remind you of the good in people in a small town or community, who trust one another and offer acts of kindness out of the goodness of their hearts. The location is so quiet and peaceful, and the food is delicious. We will definitely return when we are next in Ireland!

We were a party of four staying there for one night. The hosts were excellent and we were offered tea and scones on arrival. The rooms were very good but ours had a low ceiling which we had to be careful of but overall very good indeed.
The evening was spent playing Trivial Pursuit in their sun room over a glass of wine.
The breakfast was worth coming for on its own. Really fresh and well cooked.
Highly recommended
