During our stay, we saw the crow (which seemed injured). We were told there was a fox caged at the back but we didn't explore. Don't think that gave it a farmhouse stay feel. Though we booked two rooms, they had to separate us when...More

This was the first place we stayed in our travel to Iceland and its warmth and quality did not failed us. The room was lovely and well kept, clean and effective. A lovely view and basic yet well achieved decoration was perfect.

Quiet, stuffy rooms. 3 light bulbs in bathroom, 0 work. Supper OK, beer $11. Blackout curtains work. No lunch served. Dining hall not open until 8am for cold breakfast. Shower ok. Fast internet connections.

Sorry, I don't remember if there was an ATM. We never had trouble using debit and credit cards in Iceland except at a remote lodging place in the west.
