Exceptional Hosts, in exceptional surroundings, making great food! The whole family, as well as the staff, is very friendly. They do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable. Take your time to stay there for at least a few days. It's worth it. We'll definetley be there again!

This is a most charming hotel and restaurant just a few km up the hill from Gythio. Built on ancient family farmland, the buildings and rooms have been decorated and arranged with taste but without pretension. The setting is magnificent, dining overlooking acres of olive trees and the sea at Gythio. The family team that runs it are just great.... More

Resort is on the hill and the views are amazing. Run by family, they do all the best to help you on all the issues Food is very very affordable and of good quality Rooms are clean, well-kept. Bathroom needs some upgrade. Plenty of beaches in the region, go only with the car. Quite romantic.

Although in a rural location this hotel is in an excellent location to explore the stunning Mani peninsula. We stayed in a junior suite which was both large and very comfortable. The pool area was simple but friendly staff and good, honest food made the whole ambience special.

I stayed four nights and explored the wonderful local region filling in time whilst on a business trip. The hotel is really quite comfortable - the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic (most sourced from the farm itself), always a huge feast to be had. Breakfast is great. The pool was clean and a great way to... More

It is a family run hotel and they are super generous. It is a lovely place to hide away from the noise of an urban city. Ideal for relaxation; meditation and for using it as a base to explore Gythios and the Peloponnese region.

We only stayed for an overnight and I doubt for us we would like to stay longer. This family style house-hostel is nicely renovated in an old Mani stone tower and certainly has a charm, but no more than other nicer towers I have stayed. Apparently we got one of the last rooms left that night which was located in... More

What could be better than staying in a traditional tower of the Mani, Circa 1750? Nothing. The rooms are so, so elegantly decorated, the artwork, the furnishings, the surrounding landscape make it a most memorable stay. Dinners on the Terrance surrounding the pool are from the "land", and lovingly prepared by a kitchen which includes the Petropoulakis Family members. Iota... More

We spend four nights at petropoulakis tower, a very pleasant stay for us and for our little 2yo who enjoyed greatly the dogs' (simba, maxi and nouare) company. The room was not that big but that did not bother us since we were spending minimum time (sleep) in it. Great balkony (room #9) with pool and main tower view. Air... More
