My husband and I visited this B&B and were very satisfied, the location is perfect just a block down you are in the center of this Victorian Town, the bedroom was clean and comfortable we used the Jacuzzi and the view from the balcony was lovely. We loved the delicious and filling breakfast overlooking the garden. Barbara told us coffee...

We visited Barb at 11 Singleton House again this weekend. This time our teen children were with us and loved the house and her. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences. If you are planning to stay at a B&B in Eureka, there are things that will not be in your comfort zone, (beds not like at home, oddly shaped...

We booked this B&B because we wanted 2 beds and its hard because usually there is only 1 bed. I thought coming into Eureka Springs this would be a quaint experience because the town was so cute. Well the cuteness stopped when we got to Singleton House. Barb showed us our room and it smelled old like the house was....

Oh where do I begin? First off the owner of this place, Barb, needs to just stop hosting overnight guests period! Barb, insisted we call her 1 hour before arrival. No big deal, so we did. However, when we arrived our air conditioner to our room wasn't even turned on for us!!! It was 95 degrees outside that day too....

We have stayed at several Eureka Springs B&B's over the years and this was our first less-than-desirable experience. Food was average and we felt that we were an imposition to the owner and not a guest. Initially the inn-keeper, Barb, seemed to be friendly upon our arrival. Since the temp's were hovering around 100 degrees that week, we upgraded to...

Do not stay here. Under par accommodations and negative innkeeper! This place is over priced, uncomfortable, needs refreshed and updated, even for Eureka Springs! Front door stays unlocked and locks on bedroom and bathroom doors do not provide adequate security if someone wanted to enter. There is a lovely garden in back.

My friends and I would say average, especially for the price. Only one small bathroom and one little vanity mirror. For three ladies we made it work but am additional mirror would have been really nice

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in Eureka Springs for a mini-getaway. I have always loved staying at a bed & breakfast and especially love to try a new one each time we come to Eureka. I expect a great breakfast at a b&b. It is, to me, the highlight of a b&b experience. Unfortunately, I wasn't impress with...

Our room with it's own front porch & comfortable bed gave us the experience of staying in older home. All was adequate. The highlight was breakfast on the back deck overlooking the pretty gardens including small water space complete with croaking bull frog. Very knowledgable host about ES and other places she has traveled. Felt at home here.

We stayed at our first Bed and Breakfast at Singleton House and loved the atmosphere, and the personal touch we received. Barbara was an excellent hostess and our rooms were amazing. So cozy, I didn't want to leave. She went above and beyond to help us find a lost phone. I want to retire here and be her personal best...
