Yes, you do need to call to make a reservation. That toll free # is 800-243-8630. Rates start at about $89 per night for a shower room, which is perfect for us and all we need. A little on the small side but we are hardly ever in our room except to sleep and change clothes. Other rooms are larger and the rates go up accordingly. May be slightly higher on weekends and holidays. Hope this helps. Have fun!
