The owner is a wretched woman and likes to charge you extra $. I will NEVER give her my business again. The room had holes in the shower curtain, duct tape on the corner of the jacuzzi, and the room smelled like it had been smoked in. You can't complain about anything or she will go off in you. Terrible...

The room was clean, good location and the staff was very nice. There were a few cosmetic things like hole in shower curtain, rip in carpet, taped up corner on the Jacuzzi tub. However the room was way overpriced at $150, we took a cold sower two mornings in a row, parking is very limited, very low water pressure at...

Our stay was very nice. The room was super clean and we had a great view of the woods behind us. The staff was super helpful in explaining how to get around to the places we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in a pickle for a room. We got in late and had a room booked elsewhere and the manager at the other hotel (Day's Inn) was something from a horror movie. We called Ozarka to put us up after Norman Bates threw us out over his own ignorance and my inability to keep my mouth shut after he...

We came into town late at night and found this little place. It looked very modest and appeared to be an older renovated motel. Wasn't expecting a lot but were pleasantly surprised once we entered our room. Yes it was previously a travel lodge but has been updated nicely and was so much cleaner than the much more expensive hotel...

I am very particular when it comes to motels. This place is clean, with great wooded views and a nice pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room on the "third" floor was terrific; let me tell you why. My wife has trouble with her knee especially with stairs; the third floor is parking lot level and also has...

We recently stayed at the Ozarka Lodge in Eureka Springs. It was convenient to downtown, it was very, very clean, the beds were wonderful, and it had a nice pool, all at a very good price. A continental breakfast was also provided. Did I mention it was really clean!?!? I would stay there again in a heartbeat!! Enjoy! - John...

Was truly very clean (and I'm picky!) walked around the whole hotel to stretch my legs and everything was very kept up and tidy. They have a nice clean pool and pool area. The owner was very nice and accommodating, she even helps clean rooms herself to assure they are done right! Nice breakfast spread too. I would definitely recommend...
