Reception service was good. Friendly staff. The best thing about the whole trip was the reception staff. The restaurant staff was rude and incompetent. Didn't know what non-alcoholic drinks they had. The food was tasteless and the staff was unwilling to compensate us for this disappointment. They didn't even apologize for the bad food. The price-quality ratio did not meet in the food. When we complained about the tastelessness of the main course and the starter, we didn't even get the chance to order dessert. We had to find a waiter ourselves in order to pay for our food. We asked about the history of the place, the waiter promised to find out one thing, but never came back with the information and avoided us as long as we were in the restaurant. The breakfast was good. The breakfast waiter was nice and helpful. There was no possibility of room service. There were no other activities than darts, frisbey golf and sauna. The room was constantly warm at 26 degrees and there was no possibility of cooling. The beds were uncomfortable so the sleep was poor. The condition of the sauna section and the swimming pool did not match what was shown in the pictures. we also…

We had a two day meeting at Sannas. The hotel works perfectly for hosting an event for under 100 persons. The rooms and public areas are sparkling clean, food delicious and beds comfortable. There is a really nice sauna and pool area. What made the experience stand out though, was the fabulously friendly and professional staff. This hotel can be highly recommended!

We visited this hotel in August since we needed a place to get away from the normal crowded and busy areas. This property is located outside any built up area and is situated almost by itself with nothing else around. We enjoyed the solitude that surrounded the property and enjoyed walking along the gravel roads that wind throughout the grounds. Our room was suitable for our needs and we were able to get a great nights sleep each of our 5 nights there. The food at each meal was absolutely delicious. We looked forward to our meal times each at the manor house and never went away disappointed. This is a peaceful and quiet location and we liked everything here.

Great service, beautiful surroundings and such a nice place. The room seemed recently renovated and the breakfast was good. The manor is close to nature, it has a long history and is only a short drive from Porvoo.

If you are visiting Porvoo, and want to stop. Don' t stay at Porvoo, visit this place, You will get excellent services and beautiful manor house with garden. The rooms are fine and you will have excellent breakfast and dinner at the old manor house. When you drive old Finnish curving roads to this place you will have a look to 17th century.

The rooms have been renovated lately and were very modern, nice and clean. The food at the manor was great and the service was excellent. If you want to find something to improved, the service attitude at the reception was not the best + it would be great to get rid of the snow on the walking paths.

This is a nice place to go if you, as a work group, need to be alone and get full focus on your tasks. It’s located in the middle of nowhere but it’s at the same time only 30-40 minutes by car from Helsinki Airport. The facilities are not the best. The rooms has a pretty low standard and the conference rooms are OK. The main building, which is used as a restaurant, is very nice and charming but the food was only average. The surroundings are very nice and there’s a nice running/walking trail starting and ending at the property. There’s also a well-equipped gym and a small sports hall for playing basketball, soccer etc.
