Good location, in centre of Porvoo. Polite and helpful customer service, but not wearing masks properly all the time. Room was messy, towels were dirty or maybe there was stains, that didn't go away in washingmachine. Breakfast was really good.

The Hotel is very central and has very friendly staff. The breakfast is good and has a good variety. The room, I was in, was ok. It was clean and had a flatscreen tv. The interior is minimalist. The wood in the room is a little dowdy. If I had to choose a hotel in Porvoo again the Hotel Seurahovi is for the price a good option.

The hotel is close to restaurants, bars and shopping. As a result walking to places is easy. The weather was on and off rain for us, so walking was limited. The hotel’s parking was convenient for our small rental car. Checkin was easy and helpful. The room was of reasonable size with dated furnishings.

This hotel is ideally located: very close to the bus station, about 10 min.'s walk from Porvoonjoki, 15 min. from the old town. I got a large and comfortable room (with a huge armchair and several sources of light, which I really appreciated). The minibar was incredible: I had never seen such a packed minibar in all my life ;-)) The bar/breakfast area is a bit dull, but the food is very good and the staff nice. So, overall, a good experience. I am not sure this is a suitable place for people with mobility issues: you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel reception (unless there is a hidden lift).

I arrived in Porvoo in the evening (approx 10pm). The hotel is located next tot he bus stop, so it was convinient to have just a few steps to go. The costs fort he room have been 104,- EUR – but it was not possible to get any cheaper accomodation in Porvoo. The rate was too expensive for what you get. The room was huge, but several bulbs have been out of order. Furniture is very old. In my opinion a rate of 60,- EUR would have been more appropriate (considering, that accomodation is expensive in Scandinavia). The good things (beside the proximity to the bus station): breakfast is included, just a short walk to the old town of Porvoo, reception staff in the morning was friendly.
