This is a lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of town, they do a really nice breakfast. It's a little bit expensive but then it's Val d'isere Everything is finished to really high standard and the staff are very attentive Will stay again.

If you have stayed in many hotels you instantly recognise the personal touch of a owner/family run establishment as opposed to a hotel run according to manuals. Example: they drove us to the parking garage as we arrived late and risked missing our dinner slot. Our other main positives were: 1) the location - this hotel really is ski-in, ski-out,...

Not being a negative person, I will start with the positives on this hotel.... 1) The location to the slopes is great.... 2).... sorry there isn't another. The maid's did attend to the rooms daily... and did a great job of refolding the bedding and changing the towels. The bedding was not changed once, we had to clean the bathroom...

Dear Tracey, The other guests arround your room came down in the morning crying and complaining about the noise you were making all night, after warning you a few times we had to became a bit agressive to make you change your behaviour. This is a family hotel and we don't accept behaviours such as running and shouting in the...

The location is great, the food was generally good, the room was fine but the staff were lovely and really helpful - they made the difference. The spa is lovely - it seems typical in Andorra hotels that the spa is charged extra but I thought this one was well worth €12

The hotel promised high, and delivered very low. Let's start with the Positive points: - Great location right in front of the lifts for a true ski-in / ski-out. - Good price. - Big bar with enough seating area. - Willingness to adapt the food to vegans (although the end result was not edible). Now to the Negatives: - They...

Dear Guest, we have never said that the SPA is included. The price is 12.54 euros for 1 hour and a half but you didn't mention how beautifull and clean it is. For us the maintenance is neither free. Maybe you want also the hotel to be free? The communal parking as you said is 49 euros for 4 days,...

Staff are really good, Location is the best you can ask for, right opposite the lift, and right on the strip really for the Nightlife..highly recommended. Rooms were basic, nice big TV, although the safe was very old, without a code but a key.
