By far the best bread and breakfast I have ever stayed in, it felt more like a hotel! From the minute you arrive till the minute you leave the owner Martina is so welcoming and friendly! The rooms where spotless. The breakfast was also very tasty, Not one bad word to say about it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful B&B Beautiful home Large well appointed rooms with en suite. Very comfortable. Could have stayed for a week. Good walk to town center but enjoyable. Owner is very accommodating. And friendly. Definitely on my list of places to stay again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Martina and Micheal are great host. Nothing is to much bother. Spotlessly clean and a lovely power shower. Very comfortable beds and our room was large. The finishing touches are great and was really lovely to have a Kettle so you can make your own tea/coffee in the room. Also a plus was a hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was lovely which filled us up to start our day. Most definitely a must to book in to seven oaks as it feels more like a hotel room not a b&b. Also has a large parking area. This home with 3 upstairs bedrooms for rent is just outside town. It is only a 3 minute drive to the town center. Martina and her husband Michael were wonderful hosts. There is off street parking in the large area in front of the house. The bedroom was spacious with a nice attached bathroom. There is a great view of the countryside from the 2 windows. The bed was very comfortable and there is a TV in the room. The wifi was pretty good. It is quiet at night, so you can open the windows if you wish. The room is made up every day with a fresh liter of water provided. Martina serves a great full Irish breakfast every morning or you can have cereal, fruit and toast. She provides great conversation and gives great information about the area as well. Our umbrella fell apart on day 2 so Martina gave us an umbrella to use on our last day. I made reservations on booking.com and prices are reasonable.…

Seven Oaks B&B had just opened a few weeks before we stayed there. A lovely couple owns it (in fact Michael built it). Martina (Michaels wife) took care of us with wonderful breakfasts, directions and even helped us carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. They live in the back and where available whenever we needed something. It has 3 newly completed spacious rooms (with a fourth coming shortly) and a it's location just outside of Ballyhaunis gives guests the opportunity to drive 12 minutes to the famous shrine at Knock or drive just 2 minutes into the genuinely western Irish town of Ballyhaunis with shops, stores, pubs and wonderfully friendly and helpful locals Spacious parking, wi-fi, full Irish breakfasts inducing room.

Seven Oaks accommodation is beautiful house located just outside Ballyhaunis town on the Knock road. Lots of space everywhere; parking, entrance hall and bedroom. Even though there was only two of us, we were given a family room which is really large and spacious, containing 2 double beds,1 single bed and en suite. The room was spotless clean and has 2 windows. We experienced no noise or disturbance and enjoyed a sound sleep. Hosts; Martina & Michael gave us a warm welcome on arrival and the quality of the breakfast matched the standard of everything in Seven Oaks.
