I became seriously ill during my stay and the kindness and attitude of the staff was marvelous - above and beyond anything that could have been expected. Ms. Sherry and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The facility needs renovation but the entire staff, including housekeeping was absolutely wonderful.
Once I entered the room I killed a beetle. The toilet would not flush well because the handle was installed wrong. And then when I flipped the comforter back and found blood on the underside of the comforter that was the final straw. I talk to the manager they just looked at me and wrote my room number down. In a town the size of Cabot, Arkansas I would think that you would have more hotel options or at least those are there to be clean
It's a two-story building. Be aware that there is no elevator. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay. It is well-located off the highway. the parking is good. The staff is friendly. The Breakfast has enough variety for most tastes.
Service was great from check in to check out. Rooms was clean, comfortable and quite. Location was great with easy on and off interstate. I plan to stay there again the next time I'm there. Continental breakfast was good for a quick stay.
This is a nice hotel to stay at. Located right off of the interstate with several eating options close by. Clean rooms, nice and friendly staff. Seems to be the best hotel option for staying in Cabot, Arkansas.
Check-In was easy as was he check-out. Staff was friendly & all wore masks. The room was nice; bed was super comfy! Breakfast was good as well. Had a bigger selection than what I expected. I have no complaints & would definitely stay here again & also recomend it to others.
Room was dirty and both the bathtub and sink wouldn’t drain. TV, microwave, and fridge worked great. Breakfast was very limited. Will inform the front desk about the issues. Two story complex with no elevator. This 74 year old did make it up the stairs. I don’t know how they got out of the OSHA compliance.
Nice place to stay while traveling. We try to find a Wyndham hotel. We only travel visiting family and the long trip makes a comfortable accommodation important. Over the past ten years plus we find these hotels a dependable choice, and also within reasonable rates.
Great place to stay. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and fresh. I have stayed been staying here when I'm in Cabot since 2011. I have stayed in other Days Inns in other cities and this is always the best. If you're looking for a comfortable , clean place to stay this is it.
There was feces on the toilet, vomit on the wall and the intake person suggested that if we were not satisfied that we should go find another place to stay. It will be a cold day in hell before i stay at a Days Inn again.
