Traveled in for my daughters graduation. This hotel is right off the freeway, and accessible to several places to shop. The staff was nice and friendly when I talked to them during check in/check out, or just walking by them in the hallway. No major issues and enjoyed my stay.

I couldn't get cash deposit back before 6 am and I had to be at work by 6. I asked if I could just pick it up after I got off work at 5 pm. I was told yes. Then when I got off work, I was told I couldn't get it back because I didn't pick it up before 2 pm. My room was clean when I left and I even left the card key.

The room was clean, and had everything i could need for the night. I was tired from driving and this was great for a relaxing night. It os always nice after traveling for 10 hours to have a smiling face great you and postive attitude.

We were treated insanely rude when we were in town to attend our GRANDMOTHER’s FUNERAL!! The front desk clerk was inconvenienced when we had to ask her anything and she was completely rude. We needed more towels and the cleaning refused to give us the towels we needed to get ready. In the end we only received two wash clothes for five kids. She was rude and completely unprofessional. She had the NERVE to get mad at us when we had enough to deal with this morning. I will NEVER stay here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know!

Clean, efficient best value for the money. Suits my needs and is well located next to highway and food outlets. While it is not the Ritz, it is a nice cozy place for your needs. The rooms are clean and well equipped!

the front desk lady during the day, was very rude and snoty. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to check me in. And then I was charged for a bed spread that was never even in the room to begin with!

Housekeeping entered our room without knocking or announcing her entry! Unacceptable and poor business practice. Front desk clerk only took an hour to get us checked in also. This is a good location needs new staff

The location is right off the interstate. Lots of nearby food selections with open dining rooms. However, the hotel cleaning staff should be replaced. Other guests debris was left in the drawers. End tables both had sticky nastiness on top. We felt like sitting on the sofa might cause an STD. Shower doesn’t drain properly so you are standing in water. “Clean” towels were not folded. Looked like they may have been used by a previous guest. Go to Jacksonville/NLR or Searcy for a CLEAN room.

Trip was extended by a day and I needed an inexpensive place to spend the night. Lady Luck smiled on me and I found this place. Room was exceptionally clean which is reassuring during this pandemic panic. Close to restaurants and even Wal-Mart. Right off I30. Staff was really friendly and nice - as nice as they could be in a no-contact setting. Will be staying here again
