Was in town for family wedding and needed a dog friendly hotel. This hotel charges $12 which is fine. Hotel is clean but nothing fancy. Has microwave, fridge, and lots of tv channels. No breakfasts, no extras as far as ammenities. The soap dispenser is located on the wall outside of the shower....so if bathing not sure how you are suppose to reach it. Ours didn't work, nor did the faucet work to fill the tub, so had to take showers. Requested at the front desk for it to be looked at and they said they would. Never happened. Overall if looking for a clean cheap place, this would work. If you are used to higher end hotels this is not for you. Was all we needed since were only there to sleep and change. Only real complaint is - Asked if had shower cap since didn't want to have to redo hair for wedding and was told if we needed such items we should of stayed at the Hampton or somewhere else??!! Well.....so maybe next time I wll.…

Pros: inside the room was very clean. Bed was a little hard for me but husband said was comfortable for him. This was a very affordable place to stay. Evening staff was very friendly. There is a nice size fridge in room along with a microwave, and the there was a nice selection of channels on TV. Close to multiple fast food eateries. Due to COVID there is no continental breakfast. Nice gazebo outside on grassy area for dogs. Pet fee is $12.00 for the night. I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel twice during the month of July to help our daughter's family move. The first visit we stayed in building #2 on the top floor. Nothing fancy but it worked for us (there is very little to choose from in this area). Our second visit we stayed in building #1 Room 104. Came back late one evening, turned on bathroom light and roaches went everywhere!! Disgusting. It was too late to find another hotel so we toughed it out and checked out first thing next morning. We put all of our luggage and bags in the back of our pickup in case we were carrying critters home with us. Dumped suitcases outside when we finally got home as well. Never again! We told management why we left and they weren't too concerned. Just beware.

This hotel is clean and inexpensive. We have the same brand near where we live and it is pitiful. We were quite surprised at how nice everything was. Walk through the parking lot to Dairy Queen Burger King or across the street to McDonald’s. Better food at Nacho’s Which is only a five minute walk. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in this area absolutely.

America's Best Inn - Cabot, Arkansas. Beds were horrible, could feel the springs in mattress. Not very clean. Hair in sink, bath tub, bathroom floor, and around coffee pot. Oh yeah, and they charge you before you check out, so if you check out early, you still get charged and they do not give you a refund!!!! Don't do it, go to Super 8. Oh yeah and a feet of cops showed up one night.

I stayed here for one night after a long drive during the COVID crisis. Pros: --Excellent clean room. --Very comfy bed & I slept great & didn't hear the storm that blew through that night. --Easy to find just off the freeway, easy parking. --Great value & they had a room for me at short notice. Cons: --No breakfasts due to the pandemic. --Only 1 coffee packet in the room.

Stayed a week during pandemic for family, this was excellent price, clean, and quiet. The staff was courteous and paying attention to anything asked of them. The nice people cleaning the room were outstanding consistently. The room supplies were very good. This place is a sure bet. I will return here with no question. Great job !

Great value at this hotel. Everything is very clean and the bed was comfortable. Hotel has a little park area next to their pool which is nice if you are traveling with a pet. Free breakfast was simple but good. We liked it so much we stayed here again on our return trip. Near a lot of restaurants, nice area.

Nothing fancy just good old fashion clean rooms, sheets are clean and charged daily, the continental breakfast has cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee, . bananas, muffins, waffles. We did not use the pool but it looked fine. We did have issues with our room keys but was quickly resolved. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I decided the hotel is average; however, rates a five for value and service. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our two one night stays at ABVI Cabot in July. Friendly staff, clean, quiet room and many resturants within walking distance. Our little dog Blondie was welcome ($10.00 extra) and she enjoyed a good nights sleep too. Price is right for such a nice room. Breakfast a little on the light side, but lots of resturants close by if you want more. Will stay there again next time in Cabot.
