We have waited days before posting this review to allow for a clearer perspective, but sadly it has not changed our opinion of the experience. We chose this park after carefully perusing their website and reading about all the amenities included with a stay. We also checked online reviews. Once we registered and were parked right up against a loud...

If you are visiting Yuma in your RV don't miss this park. It has a lovely golf course that is adjacent to a nice little bar and restaurant where you can get good food for very decent prices. I had a delicious flat iron steak there and they also serve a good breakfast buffet ($6.99 per person, if memory serves)....

Wonderful park with so many activities. The pool and hot tub were great and having an onsite restaurant was very convenient. Good location which is close to Fry' s and Walmart. Dances on Friday nights are only $5. The park is very clean and everyone was welcoming.

Beautiful grounds; well maintained; super friendly staff. 9 hole golf course; lots of activities; church service. Sites are gravel with a cement patio. Full hookups. You pay your basic "fee" - around $700-$800 month THEN ADD electricity, water, sewer, garbage, wifi at your site, (there is a free hot spot in the library) cable and here's the corker---a "pedestal maintenance fee"...

We stayed here for 3 long days. If you are a snowbird without pets this is the place for you. There are lots of pet owner rules, I don't have a problem with that. The problem is the area you are to walk your pet. All areas are outside the gated/walled area of the resort. There are codes for entering...

So every Tues we go for Taco Tues. and drinks and Friday it's Fish & Chips. Call for a reservation and ask for Nichol she is the best server there is. You don't have to be staying in the Park to eat at the restaurant. They have a great menu if you want something other than the specials.

We stayed at this park twice this winter. Once with our Motorcade Club and because we like it so much we returned for 9 days. We camped here in a 45' Motorhome. The streets are wide enough to easily negotiate a large MH. All the sites are back-ins. One great benefit is the onsite restaurant with Happy Hour everyday. There...

We went with 30 of our friends for dinner at the restaurant at the golf club. We were very surprised at the service but most of all the quality of the food. The presentation was good and the taste was great. We will return for another meal.

Palm trees line each of the roads and each site has one. Every site has a cement patio with full hookups (50 amp) and cable. WiFi is usable most of the time. The pool is larger than most but does get crowded. Love the large L shaped spa. Golf, restaurant and entertainment make this a great place to stop and...
