We booked this place online while traveling to Grand Canyon over the labor day weekend. The place is very close to I-40, nothing fancy.....it is clean though, although there was a musty smell in the room....not sure why....maybe the air conditioner......the bed was comfy.....the place was quiet enough. The bathroom was nice.....water pressure was good and water was hot!

Web page on Priceline.com specifically says "A continental breakfast is served to guests daily". When I asked about the breakfast after checking in I got told " Oh no, we don't have the facilities! The other motel serves breakfast"? When I asked where to get breakfast was told about a restaurant that has great burritos! The room was clean but...

Clean, friendly, helpful, comfortable. Stopped here while traveling. Chose this place based on reviews and was not disappointed. A little run down, but clean and everything worked (ac, shower, tv, fridge...).

My first impression at checkin-was not good, due to the unprofessionalism of the receptionist. I'm sure she was very new, but her super low-cut T shirt was very inappropriate. She shoved a paper and pen at me without a word, assuming I knew to fill it out, same with the room number and internet pass code on a sticky on...

This motel met my expectations...it was clean and comfortable. It is not far from shopping areas and restaurants. It is also close to the meteor crater and standing on the corner park, which is why we stopped at Winslow. The only negative is that this motel does not include a breakfast.

We called and made a reservation for one room with two beds and a roll in bed. When we got there they said the room could not hold the roll in but they have two rooms for $89.00. The rooms smelled musty and the it looks like the rooms were remodeled but they forgot to do the bathrooms. All in...

My wife and I like to stay at the Oaks Tree location when visiting Yuma. Visiting spots along old Historic Route 66 from California thru Arizona into New Mexico, I knew this would be the place to spend the night. It's all about value with overall quiet comfort, because we are just sleeping there, nothing more. Like in Yuma, it's...

It is not the greatest looking motel but the rooms are clean the people are nice and they give you a Denny's grand slam breakfast meal. This is owned and operated by the railroad for their people when they have to work on the tracks
