As a choice privileges member we have stayed in quite a few of their properties during this trip and overall have been happy, until we stayed here! It has a good location and the young man who checked us in was pleasant & helpful but that is where the positives end. The older man who appeared to be running the... More

I am retired military and have always felt I could live anywhere under any conditions but this place really tested me. The room was small which was OK but the incense smell was overpowering. The rug is in dire need of shampooing and the comforters should be replaced immediately. Never did find a phone so we couldn't call our fellow... More

Our family of four stayed one night here while visiting the Grand Canyon. I'm a Hampton Inn loyal and always shy away from staying at "motels" but this place was amazing. Right in the city center. We walked to dinner and my kids said they felt like we were in the movie Cars. The motel feel ended when we opened... More

I had to book the last room available during the sold out Fourth of July weekend and it's not cheap for $150 a night. Ouch. No choice but lowered my expectation quite a bit after reading all the review here go hopped on the car and go. Good things: location in town on historic route 66, walking distance to everything... I can't begin to explain the horror. I understand this hotel is not a 4 start location;howeve, charging almost $100 a night, you would expect the room to be at least clean. Long story short: bugs in the room, staff was rude when we asked for new pillows because the ones on the bed were stained, the fridge still had... More

The room was small and dingy. Bathroom was very small. No bed frames under bed.. just an older box spring. The continental breakfast was a joke.served in a once laundry room..lol and we were told that we couldn't take the small muffins to our room..we did anyway. 3bath towels for 4 people and two way rags...hummm the no refund policy... Where Williams, AZ is a quaint little western town the motels all appear the same. The rooms were small, no frills. Breakfast was continental - served in a make-shift shed. Staff did not appear helpful and ready to service your needs. Sign at checkout to just leave your key.

This hotel was so dirty and dingy. Beds were so old and uncomfortable to sit on much less try to sleep on we didn't/couldn't/wouldn't stay. Went 3 doors down and stayed there for only $30 more. Did not bother to complain due to the fact that on check in I had to initial "No Refunds" ..........that should have alerted us,... More

Thanks to Alex for his assistance for telling my husband and I about tours and what to do in Williams. We went to the Grand Canyon and had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel is great and right on Route 66 within walking distance of restaurants and gift shops. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet... More

“Avoid this motel. But if you do stay here, be aware the wall furnace is noisy due to the expansion and contraction of the sheet metal components ( banging sound). But I have one of these at home so I'm used to it.”
