very unlevel spots, couldn't use the picnic table because of the slopes. it put our step up to the trailer very high making it very dangerous to go into and out of our trailer.. The staff is very friendly, the visitor parking is at the least atrocious, you couldn't even park in front of the office to register, will not...

I read a LOT of reviews of this place before I went there and there were some horror stories. However, I was going with a group and didn't have many options. I stayed in a tent in the back part of the park. I had no run-ins with management, which was a large part of previous reviews. It's an okay...

Very neat and well run campground. We parked our motor home here and went on day trips. However, when I made the reservations I said we would use 30 amp service and when my husband did the hook ups, plugged into 50 amp. They called us on this when we were touring so we came back as soon as we...

We stayed here for a night after visiting the Grand Canyon. We loved the town of Williams and the RV Park. It was a small drive out of town, but was a lovely spot with great surroundings. We stayed in caboose #1 with 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a lovely unique experience and we all enjoyed the novelty....

Located in Williams. Good rv spots. PA customers are given backing sites, OK because needed to disconnect anyway. Close to Grand Canyon railway and approx 60 miles to Grand Canyon. Turning in off of old Route 66 a little tricky, especially at night.

Not all their fault, but the rv area was a mud pit...melting snow and poor gravel/drainage made it necessary to use 4x4 to get to the shower house...the staff were helpful, but made no apology for the false advertising of showing an indoor pool that was not a full season pool...good location, off I40 more than most of the other...

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review our property. I would like to address your issues. I am sure that 4 wheel drive is not necessary to access our restroom/shower building, because our maintenance crew cleans and checks the facilities daily and their vehicles are simply golf carts. Our pool is not falsely advertised. Every site we...

We stayed in Williams Az for a night and specifically chose this place to stay in a train car. We spent the night in Caboose #1 and really enjoyed our evening. It was a really cool experience (if you like trains). What I really liked was that this place is on the edge or a national park. So early morning...

We took a 2 1/2 week long road trip this summer. Williams was about the mid point, so I was looking for a destination in which we could unwind and maybe do some laundry, and I found the Canyon Motel. We stayed in one of the rail cars, which was a great place for a family. My wife and I...

For those of you (and myself) who like to stay someplace different instead of the same cookie cutter motel, this place will fill that ticket. Cool little cabin rooms and the option to sleep in a train car or caboose. I recommend the train car or caboose if you are traveling with children, it just makes for more fun. Everything...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a nice review. I am glad you appreciate the type of property we have; we are definitely unique place! I am sorry, though, that you didn't know how to turn the heat on. A call or visit to the office could have been a quick fix. Hopefully we see you again...
