What a lovely place to stay. The room was beautifully furnished. Very stylish and clean. Bed was very comfortable. A quiet location.Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was included and the only negative I have is there was no cereal. Great value for money. I would definitely stay there again

Friendly service at check in. Decent (not elaborate) breakfast which included a waffle maker, most notably. Other comments about in-room temperature control have some merit. The constant on or off unit is not awesome, but it does the job. I had to get up twice overnight to turn on/off. Clean, quaint room with cute decor and coffee maker. I wouldn't...

We pulled in late night/early morning. I can't say enough as to how clean and quaint the room was. Everything from the bedding to the towels were soft and homey. It's decorated from an era long ago, but newly done. Wreaths on all the doors gave it a perfect holiday touch. Very quiet and clean.

Just amazing. What make my day was that the hotel is split between the rte. 66...love it. Room was comfortable and cozy. All amenities including breakfast, what else could I ask for....you are in the right place, all the shops and restaurant at your hand. And the Grand Canyon just one hour away....you can even take the Grand Canyon Express...

I assume there are larger rooms, from others reviews, however our room was very small. I agree the bed was too big for the size of the room. There was really no way to be comfortable in the room if you were just relaxing. However, we did not spend alot of time in the room because you are so close...

Good location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The motel has buildings on both sides of the rode-one the "downtowner" the other is the "lodge". There is no second story so all rooms are street level. My guess is that there is a range of rooms and sizes so it might be a good idea to consider a suite....

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the inn, it is very cozy, clean, and the space is well distributed. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety and fresh food. Williams itself is a cute, quaint town with friendly people and good eateries.

In researching a trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon we decided not to take a bus tour. In our research we found information regarding the Grand Canyon Railway and decided to drive from Las Vegas to Williams Arizona. In researching hotels we came across The Roadway Inn and Suites Downtowner and after calling and speaking to the reservation...

Our apologies for your experience at our motel. It is definitely not our goal. With the degree of your unhappiness I’m surprised and disappointed that we did not hear from you during your 2 night stay. We would do everything possible to correct these issues if given the chance. Our office closes at 10 pm not 7 pm. Also a...

We booked two nights but stayed one night because that was all we could take. The room was updated as advertised and clean, but I don't give bonus points for clean. It is to be expected. This room had a 4 poster King Size bed that was at best awkward. Just barely enough room to maneuver around it. It was...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We purchased and totally remodeled this historic Route 66 motel with the hopes of providing a relaxing enjoyable stay for our guests. It greatly disappoints us that we were not able to provide this for you. While the rooms were much smaller back in the 1950s, the trade...

Classic "park at your door" old-school motel recently updated-- room was relatively small (as expected from that era) but was very nicely remodeled and clean. Bed was comfortable, check-in went smoothly, folks were very nice. Perfect location near one end of the Route 66 "main drag" through Williams made for a wonderful romantic walking tour down the main street and...
