Our reservation through Expedia was mixed up. Chris at the front desk spoke on the phone with Expedia and sorted everything out. The room was very nice -- a pleasant surprise given some of the other reviews. We have stayed at several motels in Williams and this was the best. We will stay here again.

The building was run down and I found an ice bucket laying on the stairs as I entered the building. Hallway smelled musty. My room was hot as the a/c was not turned on ahead of time. I had booked this hotel a day in advance. Parking lot surface was uneven to say the least. I get it that this...

Our car broke down in Williams and I hurriedly made an online reservation. When I got there, the lady told me that I made the reservation for a week from now. We were almost completely broke and she found us a room for a really good deal because she genuinely cared about our well being. The stay was nice. Hard...

Comfortable beds and average size rooms. Room was modern with faux wood floors and built in shelving. Bathroom was a bit small, though having the sink out of the bathroom was convenient for washing. The location was great right on Route 66 for easy walking. Great restaurants for all.

We (a couple) decided to stay at WIlliams in order to see Grand Canyon (1 hour away driving there) while saving money from expensive motels there and in order to see Williams city itself. This motel is located on the main road of the city. There are some restaurants and shops nearby, but it doesn't matter because nothing works in...

We stayed here for our trip to the Grand Canyon. Location wise , it is pretty much within walking distance of all the shops and cafés on Route 66 and across the street from Safeway . However , I would never stay here again . It was renovated so I give them some credit for that effort and does have...

It was renovated, just as they claimed. We were in room 104. I am a non-smoker and have been for over 20 years. It's possible that there are a few rooms that are smoking rooms on the first floor, but the stale stench of cigarettes is very apparent in the room and throughout the corridor of the hallway to the...

Worst hotel we stayed in ever! It was suppose to be a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was awful. We were kept awake with people running along the hallway and shouting never mind the dog across the hall barking. The walls were so thin when the people in the next room flushed the toilet we could hear...

We booked a room at this Motel 6 because it was less expensive than hotels in the nearby Flagstaff, the reviews were so-so, and it was close to the Grand Canyon. When we checked in, we were given the wifi password. The password did not work and we were unable to get connected. We called the front desk a couple...

We were skeptic about motel 6 since we had not heard good things about the chain but this was the best option available at Williams, on way to the Grand Canyon. There is no lift to the second floor though and the corridors are really horrible. The room is amazing though. The furniture is modern, toilet is clean and there...
