Wow. Cannot say enough good things about this place. As one of the only games in town and as home to Grand Canyon Railway, we were very surprised. We stayed in a deluxe room with two queen beds that had finished renovations only a month prior. Very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything in the room worked very well...

This hotel is very clean and the service is good. We were able to book the AAA package that includes two breakfasts buffets and two dinner buffets, tickets to the Grand Canyon via the Train and a Lunch Buffet at the Grand Canyon. The package also included a 15 minute western show (I think anyone can watch this) and a...

We stayed in the deluxe room which was beautifully decorated. The room looked and felt comfortable. The train ride was great and entertainment was good. Check in and check was easy. The bus tour was great. My only complaint was there wifi was very unreliable. It did not work for most of time. Other than that I would definitely recommend...

I took my family the week before Easter. Looks like high season and everybody busy keeping up. No lines. Got a good quiet room. We took the package with the bus tour at the Canyon and the train ride using the bubble top train. The hotel has a good pool and spa. Well maintained all around. Looks like some rooms...

We stayed here one night on either end of our train trip into the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Our bags were taken from the railway hotel right to our room in the Grand Canyon park and then transferred back just as conveniently. We never had to drag suitcases anywhere or worry about...

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. It is so conveniently located at the train station. The breakfast buffet is not included but totally worth getting. The rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. The kids loved the lobby. Very nice experience.

Sprawling complex that could use more elevators! Pleasant, clean room. Well-lit, comfortable bathroom and shower. Refrigerator in room, but no microwave. Food at the buffet was good and plentiful, but when an item was gone, it was gone. Ran out of carving station meat one evening, so no more carving station at that point. Breakfasts were excellent. Servers were quite...

We signed up for the Freedom Tour, which means you get on a bus when you leave the train and it takes you to great vistas of the Canyon. The bus driver on Bus 1271 on 22 March (get the names!) was fantastic! He got off at each stop and explained what we were seeing to anyone who wanted to...

With or without kids, this is the way to see the Grand Canyon. The city of Williams is adorable with the shops and eateries on the original Route 66. I SUGGEST: get the newly remodeled rooms. They are nicely appointed and make you feel like your on the train by referring to the guests as "passengers." We bought the package...

I booked a standard room that had not been recently remodeled, but it was clean and modern looking. I'm not sure what the remodeled rooms looked like, but I was pleased with the standard room. The location of the hotel is perfect for the train. I booked a package that included the room, food, train, and bus tour. It was...
