We booked the train, hotel, and food package here a few weeks ago. The room was clean and quiet and a decent size. The pool was clean and the hot tub is hot. The pool is not large but big enough for children to splash and get their wiggles out. The outside is very modern or updated architecture. The inside...

We rented a deluxe and a standard room. Both had been remodeled and were in excellent condition. The deluxe has a balcony and a separate sitting area with nice fold-out couch. Beds were comfortable and the rooms cleaner. Overall we were very impressed with the cleanliness of our rooms and the hotel itself. We skipped the buffet and went to...

We did the 4 day package with the Grand Canyon Railway. The Hotel was great, staff was nice. Rooms were clean and new looking. The only negative about the hotel was the indoor pool, you have to go outside before getting to it. It was in the 30s so very cold going to the pool or fitness center. Free parking,...

The fan on the AC made a terrible noise. I told them and if they fixed it I couldn't tell. Also, the bed was uncomfortable. It is a really nice hotel with friendly staff and very convenient but way more pricey than others. I would stay somewhere else next time.

We spent two nights here as a consequence of seeing Michael Portillo's tv programme and it was great. This is a modern family hotel where most guests seem to be booked in for the rail trip to the Grand Canyon. Gift shops dominate. Lovely fire in lobby. Breakfast buffet was fine; evening meal OK but a bit of a scrum...

Checking in was pleasant. We were greeted by a lovely lady who found a room for us to check into early since we were boarding the train in an hour. Room was clean, newly remodeled and looked exactly as the marketing photos show. Lobby is much smaller than the enlarged photos but it's adequate at any rate. The train ride...

We stayed two nights at this hotel and enjoyed our time there. We went for a swim in the indoor pool (nice enough), ate at the buffet for dinner (FAR too expensive but the food was good- we ate all our other meals in town), saw the wild west show before the train (so cute and the kids loved it!),...

For first timers with young kids this is a must! Stayed for two nights with train ride to the canyon for a day. I'm sure you could find cheaper around Williams for hotel but everything is all inclusive and breakfast and dinner (buffet style) included. Room was clean, pool was fine, gym was small, food from Spencers was suprisingly good!...

We stayed there twice, once at the beginning of our Grand Canyon trip and again at the end. The rooms were fine, with plenty of amenities. Given the number of check-ins they had to process when a train arrived, the were simply splendid. My only complaint is of the industry as a whole: I hate those darned 60 watt bulbs,...

Stayed in the RV Camp ground. The restrooms were clean and high quality. Washing/Drying machines were excellent. The RV hookup was easy. Cement pad almost level. Very little noise except for the occasional train, the tracks are very close to the RV camp ground. Easy walking to the train station from the RV camp ground. We took the train to...
