Fitted bottom sheets are needed. When hotel staff finishes making beds, a gap of 3-6 inches remains at foot of bed. This allows the sheets to creep up during the night. To avoid this problem, the bed must be remade. Small, but annoying gripe.\ The second gripe...weak, very weak wi-fi service most nights! If the hotel advertises wi-fi, then wi-fi...

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon (we took the train from Williams to the Grand Canyon). The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is fairly efficient but courtesy was a bit uneven. Some were very friendly others not so much. The whole operation dove-tails together perfectly with the Grand Canyon train. We arrived in...

We stayed in the hotel at the Grand Canyon Railway as part of our train tour to the Grand Canyon. The lobby is fantastic. The room was great, and the service staff were mostly really helpful. We were glad we'd stayed here. It made our trip just a little better.

We stayed here after booking a package deal which included meals, train ride to the canyon and tours while there. Upon arriving, the hotel check-in was easy, rooms were typical with nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel has a quaint pub off the lobby and has a well appointed lobby with artwork and a large fireplace. Free wifi. Indoor...

Hotel was very clean. My only complaint was the double room had full not queen size beds. We booked the full trip that included meals and first class train to Grand Canyon with a bus tour. Staff were all very nice at all locations. Highly recommend this adventure.

The room at the hotel was very comfortable and clean, and quiet. The lobby and Spenser's Lounge are must see's. Nice pool, and with the added package that includes meals, the Depot Cafe is awesome. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic hotel, so beautiful and in a lovely town. An ideal location for visiting the Grand Canyon. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and lovely cushions with the steam train. Lovely restaurant, great food

Our room was lovely, and clean. Pillows really soft, zero support even when doubled up. Mattresses good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There is no easy way to get around the hotel though, it's confusing and a lot of walking with limited parking. It'd be helpful if all their entrance doors were painted with giant numbers or something. It was...

During our visit to Mesa AZ, we decided to take a side trip to the Grand Canyon. We stay one night at the Grand Canyon Hotel ( would suggest to take 2 nights) the train leaves early in the morning and returns in the afternoon. Great hotel and service. Had dinner in the town of Williams. Such a cute and...
