We arrived in Sudak and despite the numerous hotel on offer struggled to find one that would provide a good feel. We settled then for this "pensionat", where the owner, Marina, tries her best to make you feel at home. The rooms are decent in size, clean and cheap.
The breakfast is typical Ukrainian and simple, and marina offers also dinner, which changes every evening and makes you feel at home.
The pensionat is a little tricky to find, so one has to stay on the road and check at No17/1, instead of 17. It is an easy 5 minutes walk to the beachfront which is quite nice, with trees. There are plenty of bars and restaurants there if you want some action.

Four friends from Canada and a translator friend from Ukraine enjoyed this place. It was
clean, quiet, and welcoming. The family were so kind and we enjoyed getting to know them.
It was much more than we ever expected. We would love to go back!
